Then he bound onto Rhea, only for her to be unresponsive as always.

"What's going on? Did we get captured again?" Sokka asked drowsily.

"It's nothing. I just had a bad dream." He curls up now in his moms chest, facing away from them and into her neck, pulling one of her arms around him. "Go back to sleep."

"Don't have to tell me twice." Sokka went back to snoring beside the two airbenders.

"You seem to be having a lot of nightmares lately. You want to tell me about it?" Katara asks softly.

"I think I just need some rest." He briefly closed his eyes as he felt his mother's arms wrap tighter around him.

"You guys want to hear about my dream?" Katara glares at him, an expression Sokka returns. "That's okay. I didn't want to talk about it anyway."

With that, everyone went back to sleep.

Everyone was up and getting their things back on Appa. Aang on his head, ready to steer with Rhea and Sokka yawning behind him on the saddle.

"Look at those clear skies, buddy! Should be some smooth flying."

Rhea looked up into the sky, a dazed yet concentrated look on her face as she bent air around her hand, feeling its density and energy. "I don't think today will be a one-shot fly. I think there's gonna be a big storm around the afternoon."

Sokka looked over at her with a raised brow, "Oh yeah, and when did you become miss weather lady, predicter of storms?"

She gave him what she hoped was the most deadpan look, "I can bend, weather. I can speed up the storm if you like. Make a hurricane, tornado, how about a tsunami?"

". . . you make a fair point. . ."

Rhea rolled her eyes at her boys antics and decided to pass the time by seeing what she can turn the sheet of metal she found a while back into. With enough force and air pressure, she could bend- not like an element- the metal into a cuff or something. She had always had a hobby of using air to bend other elements, via air. It was around everything and can be taken from, well from thin air. Sending a gust of continuous hot air onto the metal, she made it so it would be softer for a little while, and use her hands to make a cuff.

"Food eats people!"

What a lovely time to tune back into a conversation, she thought as she slid the now circular metal band up her arm, making it a nice piece of jewelry. The bronze looked golden in the sun, which she quite liked. She made sure the air surrounding the band was still warm, making the metal moldable, so she could push on it to make it seamlessly hold to her bicep muscles while flexed instead of relaxed. Go you mama Rhe.

"Also, Momo could talk. You said some very unkind things."

When they got to the village, the siblings went to the food stands while the mother had Aang looking for more scrap metal, as it was her new hyperfixation for bending purposes. He was happy to help as when ever he returned to the temple from visiting his friends, he would bring something back for her to play around with. The younger kids at the temple would always be entranced with watching her use her air bending for it's unintentional purpose, while those her age would ask her to show them how she did it so they would make her stuff.
