"Welcome to Jirananta Getaway La Union! This day marked as the opening of our business! We would like to give our gratitude and thanks to each and everyone of you. I'm Jacques Jiraanan and this is Jaxon Jiraanan, the owners of this resort. Have a nice day! Enjoy your stay everyone!"

Jacques told the crowd as he and Jaxon cut the red ribbon, the ribbon cutting went really fast. Wala naman dapat pang gawing matagal duon. I got concious when I saw the Jiraanan Family, they are complete today! I don't know how to approach them. We got in the resort and most of the guests were going to the beach and others were just sitting here on the lobby. 

"Achi!" I didn't know that Ethan got home from U.S already! He ran towards me and gave me a tight hug. He got more taller! "Achi, I heard what happened. Why?" He pouted as he let go of me. Buti na lang, si Caroline ang may buhat kay Helene at nagpapahangin sila duon banda sa may playground sa beach.

"Sometimes, people need to separate to grow and refresh the love." I caressed his hair. "Don't worry, I'm okay. Hindi ko lang sure kung pati siya." I smiled at him.

"He is... He's okay, he's doing good. He is better, sabi niya e'!" Ethan chuckled. "I missed you, ach! Hirap sa U.S, wala akong ate na matakbuhan!" He shook his head. 

"You know, you can always call me naman. Pwede mo pa rin ako lapitan kapag kailangan mo ng kausap, okay?" I assured. 

"Thank you, achi. Alam kong hindi lang naman ako ang nakakamiss sa'yo. Sila rin," He pointed his cousins who are busy talking with each other, 'yong iba nakaupo sa couch, 'yong iba nakatayo lang dahil walang maupuan. Mukhang seryoso pa ang pinag-uusapan nitong mga lalaking 'to. "Do you want to say hi?" He asked.

"Wag na muna, Ethan.." I smiled at him. "Mamaya, kela amma at angkong muna ako lalapit." I added.

"Okay, ach! Enjoy your stay, balik na 'ko don." He smiled at me before walking away. 

I was about to walk pero biglang may humawak ng braso ko. When I looked back, It was Amma. I slowly looked on her hand on my arm before slowly looked at her. Bakit parang takot na takot naman ako? Hindi ko alam kung sinabi ni Jacques sa kanila na wala kami. Siguro naman no?

"Amma," I nervously smiled. 

"Selene, my Sūnnǚ. Ang tagal nating hindi nagkita," Amma caressed my hair, agad naman akong bumeso sa kaniya. "How are you? Jackie told me everything, apo. I'm very sorry about what happened..." She gave me a warm smile.

"All good, amma..." I smiled. "Okay na po ba si Jacques? Dalawang taon na rin po kasi ang nakalipas," I added.

"He's keep on telling us that he's okay, so I guess, kailangan na lang namin siya paniwalaan..."  Amma answered me. "Gusto ko pa rin kayong dalawa ang magkatuluyan," She sighed.

Halos magulat ako sa sinabi ni amma, pero wala naman akong masagot. Dahil alam ko, Jacques fell out of love and that's my fault. I don't know. Ayaw ko na lang balikan 'yong mga nangyari. I just want to start over with him. Kung kaya at kung gusto niya pa.
