"Is that all? Ayan lang ba ang mga papel na kailangan kong pirmahan?"

I looked at Jackie who's busy talking to his assistant while signing papers. Today, I'm here at his office. Kakatapos lang ng meeting ko kasama sila Nathan para sa panibagong project. It's been a month since inulan ako ng mga project, it was so tiring. I also missed my quality time with Jackie, I miss going out with him.

Dumating ako sa puntong sobrang pagod na at kain tulog na lang ang ginagawa ko sa bahay. Si Jackie, nandiyan pa rin, inaalagaan ako pagkauwi niya galing trabaho at bago siya pumasok sa office. we became more open, more mature this time. Bihira na nga lang kami magkita sa bahay at makapag-usap, I thank him for his understanding.

"Where do you want to eat?" He asked while leaning his forehead on the back of his hand. I didn't respond for a while, ramdam ko 'yong pagod niya kahit hindi niya sinasabi. He slowly looked at me, still waiting for me to answer. "I'm asking you," He leaned his back on the backrest of his chair.

"Let's go home, you're tired." I pouted. I looked at him as he stood up and sat beside me. He rested his arm at the backrest of the sofa and started caressing my hair. "Bao, rest ka naman..." I placed my hand on his lap.

"I'm okay, ang dami lang papel na kailangan pirmahan. Ang dami rin kasing properties na nakuha ngayon." He told me. "Ikaw? Hindi pwedeng ako lang ang magpahinga," He looked at me with his eyes full of worry.

"We're turning 1 year next week, love..." I reminded him. Hindi naman ako galit, naiintindihan ko namang parehas kaming busy at halos wala nang oras sa isa't isa. Alam kong naiintindihan niya rin naman 'yon, nagkakaintindihan na kami ngayon. 

I heard his heavy sigh. "I... I'm sorry... I forgot. I got busy because of work. Sorry." He intertwined our hands together and he started tracing my hand using his thumb. "Nawala sa isip ko, mahal."

"I know and it's alright. I'm not mad." I told him. "I'm just wondering where should we celebrate it... diba? Ikaw? Do you have plans?" I looked into his eyes. Ang mata niyang nakakarupok tuwing titingnan mo. 'Yong mata lang na 'yon, ayon ang nakakuha sa akin. 

"I'll just ask my secretary to... clear my schedule on our anniversary." He kissed my temple. "I think we should just celebrate our anniversary out of the country, baobao." He said in his most soothing voice. I agreed with him, since mahihirapan kaming magcelebrate dito sa Pinas because of my supporters.

"I'm okay with it... Where do you want to celebrate?" I looked up to him, pero napako ang tingin ko sa mga labi niya. I looked into his eyes nang bahagya niyang nilalapit ang mukha niya sa akin, pumikit ako. Nadismaya ako nang maramdaman kong dumapo ang labi niya sa noo ko. I sighed. "Love naman e'..." I pouted.

He smiled, revealing his white perfect teeth. Tawang tawa pa sa nangyari. "You're craving for me so much huh!" He laughed a bit. "San mo gusto magcelebrate?" He immediately changed the topic. 

"I want to see elephants..." I cupped his face and waited for his answer.
