"Congrats on your successes, Selene."

Tito Jackrin greeted me as they started eating, we're having a dinner tonight. I don't know why but they just called us out to have a dinner, buti nga, I don't have any schedule for tonight and halos kakauwi ko lang din for a commercial shoot. Jackie and I met here na lang din sa bahay nila.

"Thank you po, tito. Hard work pays off po talaga," I chuckled a bit before eating my food. "It's been a long long long ride for this career." I added.

"Kung si Jacques tinuloy 'yan, siguro mas magiging magka-vibe kayo. Hindi ba?" Tito Jackrin asked, hindi ko alam kung sarcastic 'yong pagkatanong niya pero I know Jacques can handle this with his silence. "Anyway, Ely and I called you here because we want to ask about the wedding?" 

Jackie and I looked at each other, he placed his hand on my thigh and started moving his thumb, tracing small parts. He looked away and shook his head.

"Selene and I will plan it soon, no need to pressure us." Jackie told them, I was just looking at him, admiring his bravery in front of his parents. "I'm just waiting for Selene and I don't have any problem with that." He added.

"Hindi niyo ba naisip na parang ang tagal?" Tito Jackrin asked, "Your Mom wants a grandchild already." He laughed a bit. Nakakapanibago dahil hindi na gaano ka-seryoso ang talks kasama sila and we can handle their toxicity, somehow.

"Selene can't get pregnant now, she's in showbiz and I want her to enjoy her life now. So, please wait as I wait for her." Jackie gave them a small smile before looking at me again. He caressed my hair before going back to his food. 

"Pero may napagplanuhan na ba kayo? If so, just tell us what can we give. Okay?" Tita Elyna told us.

"Okay po, tita. Thank you po." I smiled and nodded.

After that dinner, Jackie and I decided just to spend a night here at their home. Ngayon lang naman at bukas uuwi rin naman kami. When  I entered his room, I admire his black and grey walls. Modern din ang pagkakaayos ng kwarto niya, pati sa kwarto ang ganda ng mini-chandelier lights niya. I just sat on his bed and just waited for him. 

"Ahya told me to bring this here." Jin entered his room and placed a comforter beside me.

"Jin," He was about to leave but I called his attention. He looked at me without any expression on his face, para siyang si Jackie. I was just looking at him while smiling. 

"What?" He asked in monotone.

"I see your Ahya in you." I chuckled.

"Ew," He said casually, LOL.

"Does your Ahya bring home girls before?" I asked him, I was just looking up to him while waiting for his answer. Natawa siya at umiwas ng tingin, nakakakaba naman 'tong batang 'to.
