a sigh left your lips as our intense, dark eyes gazed upon the admirable clouds,
our hearts wilding against our ribcages, paying no heed to the forming crowds.
my lips allowed the surfacing of a smile as I intertwined our slender fingers together,
so engulfed with our abysmal fantasies, we weren't aware of the approaching stranger.
little had we known it'd be our final and unofficial goodbye,
but entertain me, my love, was there ever you and I?
