~4 months later~
Y/n's POV
It's been 4 months since the whole trip to Dio. Everything is basically back to normal, although me and Jotaro are at this friends with feelings stage. I was waiting for him to ask me out but he's kind of a coward so I'll be the man and ask him out
It was now lunch time. I walked up the stairs that lead to the roof. Me, Jotaro and Kakyoin eat lunch up there. I opened the doors to see them already there.
Here it goes
I walked up towards them
"Jotaro" I say. He turns towards me
"What?" He asks
"Be my boyfriend" I say. Kakyoin spits out his food from my sudden boldness
"Huh?" Jotaro asks pulling his hat down. I pull out my aquarium tickets
"Be my boyfriend and go on a date with me. I got these tickets to the aquarium. If you say no, I'll take Kakyoin to the aquarium instead" I say. Jotaro looked at me with a glare
"What's the look for?" I ask
"I was supposed to ask you out" He says
"Well you took too long" I said
"Fine" He says still embarrassed. I fist bumped the air
"And that's how you score a date 101, Kakyoin you can use these tips to find a partner" I say winking. He laughs
"Thank you Y/n" He says
"Oh and Jotaro, you can pick me up right?" I ask
"Sure" He says
~Time Skip~
I was at home now. I put on nice clothes for my date
"Where are you going?" My mom asks
"On a date" I say
"On a date? With who?!" My dad asks
"A guy" I say. The doorbell rings. I walk over to see Jotaro himself. My dad comes sprinting to the door glaring at Jotaro
"Who are you?" My dad asks
"Jotaro Kujo" He says
"Why are you here?" My dad asks
"I'm picking Y/n up to go the aquarium" Jotaro says
"Yo- What does he mean?" My dad asks turning a full 180 degrees
"It means exactly what he said, he's picking me up to go to the aquarium" I say
"B-B- I cannot allow this!" My dad says tearing up. My mom drags him away
"MY BABY!" He cries out. I roll my eyes at his dramatic display
"Sorry about him, he's extra" I say walking out the door and then closing it
"That's your dad?" He asks. I nod. He nods letting me know he heard me. We then begin walking to the aquarium. When we got there and entered the aquarium, I noticed Jotaro paying close attention. I stared in awe. I then noticed him walking up to a worker who happened to be a girl
He's not- is he?
My eye twitched. I followed him
"Hey" Jotaro says. The girl turns and instantly stared at him with hearts in her eyes
"Y-Yes?" She asks all giggly
"That Acanthurus dussumieri is sick" Jotaro says
Huh? How did he know?
"The what?" She asks confused. He pulls his hat down
"The Eyestripe surgeonfish" He says. She then turns to said fish
"Y-You're right. Wow, you must be really smart" She says putting her hand on Jotaro's shoulder. I stomped over but before I could take her hands off. Jotaro shoved her hand off
"Don't touch me" He says with a glare. The girl made eye contact with me and I stuck my tongue out like a child. She glared at me
"Jotaro, come on" I say. He turns and then nods walking to my side. We continue exploring
"How did you know that fish was sick?" I ask genuinely interested
"It's abdominal area was larger than it should be for a female. It was bloated to be specific and it was also having issues swimming around" He says.
I didn't even notice
"Wow, that's pretty shocking. I didn't know you knew so much about fish" I say.
Kakyoin wasn't kidding when he said Jotaro really liked marine life
"I read about it a lot, I plan on becoming a marine biologist" He says
"That's really cool, I'm sure you'll make a great one" I say with a smile. He gives me a small one back as he pulls his hat down once more
"W.. What do you want to do?" Jotaro asks me
"Spend time with you" I say boldly. I could see the pink tint to his cheeks under the hat
"No.. I meant career wise" He says
"Oh, well with my stand, I think I could help a lot of people, so I'll become a doctor!" I say
"You'll make a good one" He says
"Really?" I ask
"Yeah, now come on, I want to see the rest of the species they have here" He says
