Venti's POV

Saturday

Me and Xiao haven't spoken since last night. I hate fighting with him, but we're both mad at each other, and I don't see us making up anytime soon.

As for Scara, I'm not mad at him, just more irritated. He helped start that fight, and he shouldn't have.

I stayed in bed a little longer this morning, thinking about what Scara and I were doing in the stall, and what we were gonna do if we weren't interrupted.

I let out a long sigh, running my hand through my hair.

I was about to get up and get dressed but was stopped by my phone ringing.

"Hello?" I asked, forgetting to check who was the caller. Though a part of me knew who it was.

"Hey, Venti." Scara said.

My heart skipped a beat. "Oh, hey..."

"Seems you forgot, huh?"

"Forgot what?" I asked, confused.

He chuckled. "You're my slave now, remember? It's Saturday."

My eyes widened. "Right..." My nerves were getting the best of me, and I couldn't help but blush furiously.

"Shall I pick you up?" He asked, a hint of a smile in his voice.

I bit my lip, thinking about all the things he could ask me to do. "S-Sure..."

"Okay. I'll start walking over now. I'll probably take 30 minutes or so."

My heart was racing quickly, and my face didn't get any less red. "Alright..."

"I'll see you soon, Venti. Prepare yourself for a fun day." He teased, hanging up.

I shut my eyes, holding my phone close to my chest. This is really happening...

It took me roughly 20 minutes to shower and get dressed. I had my hair in the same braids as I usually did.

I told my aunt that I was hanging out with a friend, and that I probably would be sleeping over.

The thought of sleeping over with Scara made me so nervous but excited.

I stood outside of my house, waiting for Scara to show up.

When our eyes met, my heart stopped beating all together.

"Hey." He said softly, walking to me and smiling.

My eyes widened and my mouth was agape with worry. He had a couple bruises across his face, but they weren't nearly as bad as Xiao's must have been. Scara was the one who hit the most, but not the hardest.

I walked closer to him, softly caressing his cheek, my thumb tracing over a small black bruise on his cheek bone.

He smiled softly again. "They're just bruises. Nothing I'm not used to."

I looked at him worriedly. "When he hit you... and kept hitting you... I was so... scared..."

"Why...?" He asked, resting his hands on my waist.

I blushed slightly, wrapping my arms around his shoulders. "Because you were getting hurt... I hated every minute of that..."

"I'm strong, so you don't have to worry about that, okay?"

I nodded, resting my head on his shoulder. "I'm still kind of mad at you though..."

He chuckled. "Why?"
