(Part 1 of 2)

It was a nice warm day outside the prison and it hasn't felt this good in awhile.

I was suddleny shocked when I saw Carl coming over to me. Every single time I see or just here about Carl I get a knot in my stomach , and I just start blushing like crazy.

"Hey you seem very relaxed" Carl said giggling at my redness.

"I'm gonna take that as a compliment" I said winking back at him at his comment.

"Umm y/n I've been wanting to ask you a question" Carl said. When he said that all I could think about is what he was gonna ask me.

"Umm your brother has been giving me a hard time about me asking this question , but I don't care" he started off , but stuttered at what he really wanted to say , so I just nodded to show him to go on with his sentence.

"I was wondering if you would like to be my girlfriend" he said looking at the ground. My heart just stopped hearing those words he said come out of his mouth so I tried to play it off cool and said

"I would like that" I said smiling uncontrollably.

Me and Carl walked into the prison with our fingers intertwined with one another's. Everybody's attention came to me and Carl when they saw us holding hands.

"Ey Grimes I thought I told you to stay away from my sister" Daryl said walking closer to Carl and I with an angered look on his face.

"Daryl I'm sorry , but every time I see your sister I get this really funny feeling in my stomach that I just can't explain. But what I can explain is I like her , and nobody is gonna stop me from that not you, my dad, michonne, or annbody so please just try and understand" Carl said making me blush like crazy at his confession about me.

"Well I understand were your coming from , but look we do have to lay down some laws though" daryl said with a complete emotionless face

"What is daryl" I said in annoyance

"Well no banging my sister, don't be all lovey dovey in front of me , and if you ever hur-" daryl got cut off by Carl saying

"I won't if it makes you hapoy " Carl said with a smile

"Okay I mean it" Daryl said walking away.
