I walked towards Taylor and stood close enough to hold her "I don't care if you're an immune Tay. You protected me, you knew me, you helped me and you saved me, from myself" I watched as her eyes grew wide and I stepped closer "I know now isn't the best time to say this ... but I love you" Silence hung in the air and I watched Taylor for a reaction.
"Taylor, now's the time you need to reply" I could hear everyone giggling as Shane spoke and I took a step back.
"sorry if I just sprang this on you ... I don't have to have a reply now but-"
"I love you too"
Her voice was almost quiet enough that I couldn't hear her "I love you too Raina" before I knew it she had wrapped her arms round my neck and her lips locked with mine. The touch of her lips was even softer than I could've imagined. A tingling sensation filled my body and I held her tight not wanted to give this moment up. When we finally pulled away, I realised everyone was celebrating. Laughing and clapping. I rested my forehead to hers and let myself giggle. For the first time in a long time, I was happy ....
