"Madison." I said as she was about to grab the bathroom door handle.
"Yeah? What's up?" She asked.
"How are we going to get out with the paparazzi? They followed us all the way to the bathroom."
"Vic, I don't really care if they see me with you. What are they going to do? Follow me all the way to my house?"
I looked at her with wide eyes. "Have they ever followed you home?"
"No, I usually just distract them somehow. So if I do something random, just trust me." She smiled. "Just follow me until the car." She opened the door slightly. "One more thing. If I get caught in a crowd again, grab my hand and pull me out." She opened the door and before we can step foot outside the bathroom, there was a group of people with bright lights and big cameras.
They were all screaming "Pose for us Madison!" or "Are you working on any new songs?"
Madison shut the door. "Okay, new plan!"
"Do we wait until they are gone?" I asked. This was the first time that I was trapped in a bathroom because of paparazzi.
"They might stay here for hours. Let's just walk out with our heads down. Don't look up at them cause if you do, they will start asking you a ton of questions."
"Oh, okay." I was really nervous and I think I started to turn red.
"Here." She said putting her hand out. "Grab my hand and don't let go until we get to the car."
I grabbed her hand and she opened the door. The paparazzi was yelling even louder this time but I tried to ignore them and not look up. After a couple of minutes we finally made it to the parking lot. Maidson looked up and saw that the paparazzi was still following us. "I forgot where i parked my car." She said. She seemed nervous.
"Hey, it's okay!" I reassured her. "What type of car do you have? Maybe I can help look for it."
"Uh, yeah. It's a red ferrari."
How hard can it be to find a red ferrari? I started looking for her car but soon realize that the parking lot was full of super fancy cars. After 2 minutes of trying to find it, Madison spotted it out.
"Come with me." She took me until the back of the parking lot.
"Madison! Madison!" Someone was screaming from a distance.
She unlocked the car. "Get in." She said after she opened the car door for me.
"Aww thank you!" I smiled.
"Vic, the paparazzi are all standing at the front of the parking lot so I'm warning you now that I need you to do something to destract them. You can do anything. As long as they let us pass."
Anything? What did she want me to do. I had something in mind but I wasn't sure how she would react to it.
"Are you ready?" She asked.
"Uhh, I think I am." I nodded.
She drove car until the exit of the parking lot but the paparazzi were blocking the exit.
"Vic, I think it's time for that distraction." Madison said in a hurry.
"Right, yeah." I put my hands on both of her cheeks and looked her deep in her eyes. "Do you trust me?" I asked.
"Yeah." She said seeming confused.
"Well, here it goes." I said. I pulled her closer to me and kissed her. She pulled back.
"Victoria! What was that? You know I have a boyfriend!" She said. She seemed shocked and mad.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry but look." I said pointing at the windsheild.
She looked at the windsheild and saw that the paparazzi came closer to the car and they got away from the exit.
"Drive now! They aren't blocking the exit anymore and you won't hit any of them."
"Vic! You are a genius!" Madison said as she drove out of the parking lot. She turned on some music and we were headed for her house.
...
A couple minutes later, we got to her house.
"So I guess I should give you a house tour." she said. She didn't look like she wanted to show me around her house and honestly I don't blame her. It was huge.
"You don't have to if you don't want to." I smiled.
"I'm sorry, I'm just really tired but maybe I can give you a tour before you need to go back home. For now we can just go to my room and watch a movie." she said with a nervous smile. "Do you have anything in mind?" she asked
"I'm okay with whatever."
"Alrighty" she said as she grabbed my hand. "My room is this way." she pulled me towards her room."Wow, your room is really nice." I said as she sat on her bed.
"Come here." she said patting on the bed.
I awkardly sat down next to her.
"Are you okay with watching fight club?" Madison asked with the tv remote in her hand.
"Yeah."
"Vic, is everything okay?" Madison asked.
"Yeah, I was just thinking about what you said earlier. You told me that you would give me a house tour before I go back home but tonight is my last night here." I felt bad. I knew that I sould have told her sooner but how could I? She wasn't answering any texts and this was the first time seeing her again.
Madison seemed surprised. "Oh." she said.
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner."
"It's alright, you just have to promise me that when you get back home that you won't forget about me and that we will text everyday.
