In Konoha, Naruto whom is 13 years old grins as he finished packing his things and putting his ninja headband around his forehead after he did that he puts his backpack on his back as he couldn't wait to go on his training trip with Jiraya to become more powerful.

He was about to leave his apartment when he then stopped when he remembered something. "Oh that's right." Naruto says and goes over to his favorite books Good Witch Azura, they were his favorite books he just loves witches so much.
When he was a little kid he always wanted to become a powerful Shinobi Witch but that is unfortunately an impossible dream so he had to let go of it but despite that he still never gave up his lovely fantasy world and imagined what it would be like to be a witch and learn all kinds of really cool spells and to ride a spider breathing griffin and own a really cool staff.
After Naruto placed his books in his bag he heads outside his apartment to meet up with Jiraya. "Hey Pervy sage." He yells out and waved to him with a big grin on his face making Jiraya groan at being called that nickname.
"I thought I told you to stop calling me that in public." He says face palming making Naruto chuckle and smile cheekily at him. "I made no such promises." Naruto says laughing a bit. "Okay now let's go dattebayo!" Naruto says enthusiastically pumping his fist in the air making Jiraya laugh nervously.
"Yeah about that...we are going to have to reschedule...but don't worry I have this scroll that contains a powerful jutsu you can learn from." He says handing him a massive scroll making Naruto smile in excitement. "Yes thanks Pervy sage!" Naruto says with excitement while Jiraya makes a run for it before Naruto catches on.
He was rescheduling the training trip because he was off to spy on the Akatsuki and he couldn't let Naruto come since it was too dangerous and he knew that if he knew where he was going he would want to come even more.
After he left Naruto went back to his apartment accidentally dropping one of his precious Azura books without even noticing. He goes inside and sits on his bed and opens the scroll and his eye twitches with what he was seeing before him.
It said Toads loves Sake, that's when Naruto realized that it wasn't even a real jutsu scroll and that Jiraya gave him a fake to distract him so he can get away from him much to his frustration as he could hear Kurama laughing at him from inside the seal. "Shut up you lazy fox! Oh I swear when that toad comes home I'm going to make him wish he was never born!" Naruto says to the demon fox that was sealed away inside him.
Naruto then sighs and throws the scroll away he just felt so frustrated since he felt now he was being held back as he wished he knew of a way to get stronger as he was about to unpack his back pack when he noticed one of his precious Azura books was missing making his eyes widen in horror. "Where is it?!" Naruto yells out in a panic when he then hears an owl hooting right outside his window causing him to look outside and see a small owl with a bag in it's beak and that his book was in said bag.
