Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto or The Owl House also I'm not adding episode two into this fanfic since I feel it's not needed especially since Naruto doesn't believe in destiny and fate so yeah but some of the events of that episode will be mentioned in this chapter that's all I wanted to say have a good day and enjoy the chapter :)

It has been a few days since Naruto had decided to stay in the boiling isles and learn to become a witch and learn underneath Eda and so far it's been kinda boring for him but he was sure he would learn something exciting soon he was glad he at least had a chance to beat some strange puppeteering demon whom tried to trick him by saying he was a chosen one and etc but since Naruto didn't believe in fate or destiny he didn't fall for it making it angry so it tried to abduct him instead to lure Eda in.

Good thing he never had a chance to since Eda showed up just in time to save the day although Naruto will never understand why she decided to eat the demon once it had shrunken. Now back to the now Naruto was with Eda and King at the beach as he and King were staring at something they thought was gross while Eda was staring at something like it was a grand masterpiece.

"Well Naruto have you ever seen something as breathtaking as this?" Eda asked him as they kept staring at a large dead slug. "I Umm never seen something like this." Naruto says as he sweats drops at this. "Yes it doesn't get any better than the trash slug, it makes its life by the sea shore eating all trash that had been thrown away and then one blam it croaks by all the salt and we get to sell all the stuff it ate." She says and shows him a pickaxe making Naruto resist the urge to vomit.

He may of been a shinobi whom have done doing some very strange and gross D rank missions in the past but that didn't mean he wanted to bust open a dead animal to get the stuff it had eaten even he has limits.

"Please don't make me." He says and King sighs. "Oh come on Naruto it's not like it's every day you get to go to the garbage dump and pick apart a garbage carcass." He tells him while he puts down a beach towel to lay down on. "Ah nuts to you both." Eda says and she begins to bust it open making Naruto close his eyes.

"So Umm Eda after this, what kind of spells are we gonna learn? Or are we gonna learn how to make potions? Or something like that?" He asked her curiously making Eda shrugs. "That sounds a lot like magic school stuff." She says making his eyes widen at that. "No way there are actual magic schools here?!" He asked her with excitement making her nod her head yes. "Yeah pretty much and what's worst they try to teach how to use magic the proper way, but magic isn't proper it's wild and it's unpredictable I never finished school and look at me." She says with a grin motioning around as she was still standing in some trash making Naruto sweat drop. "Who wouldn't envy me where I am now." She says with a big grin on her face.

"She's really making it hard to make her point across." Kurama tells him making Naruto nod his head in agreement as he looks down at his feet wondering if he can become powerful enough so he can save Sasuke from Orochimaru. Eda then noticed that her student look down in the dumps. "Hey here's a lesson for ya." She says and grabs his hand and sticks it inside some slime. "A good witch is resourceful." She tells him as Naruto lifts his hand out of the slime and saw what he thought was a slime ball at first turned out to be a seed. "Wow a seed." Naruto says with a grin. "Use your seed wisely young witch." She says to him and clasped his hands making him smile a bit he knew she did this to cheer him up. "Thanks Eda." He says to her as she ruffles his blond hair. "No problem kiddo, now let's go to the back where the stink notes are." She says to him as she picks up her pick axe again making him pale once more.

"Umm no thanks I actually just remembered I promised Hooty I have to help him with something so I should be going now." Naruto says laughing nervously while backing away from her as he then goes over to King and pets him. "Love ya King you adorable little beach peach." Naruto says to him rubbing his belly a bit making him giggle a bit as he puts on some sunglasses on and Naruto leaves. On his way back he pockets the seed Eda gave him in his pocket. "Well looks like I have the rest of day to myself I  wonder what I should do? Hmm maybe I can do some training with some ninjutsu or practice some taijutsu or make myself some ramen." Naruto says to himself when he then heard a voice as he peeks through the bushes and sees a girl around his age with dark green curly hair wearing a black uniform like outfit as she was also wearing purple sleeves and purple leggings and boots and glasses over her eyes.
