I walked around the ballroom and saw everyone's eyes look at me. Some were greeting me. I've grown used to be called as a Queen.
I smiled whole-heartedly at them and excused myself. I went up to my room and opened the door to the balcony that I once went when the prince—now King— announced the future Queen— Me.
I sighed deeply and rested my palms on the rails. It feels so fast. It's just like I was still in the orphanage last week but it was actually years ago. I felt his arms wrap around my waist.
"What's wrong, My queen?" He asked, letting go of me and went to my side.
".. Everything happened so fast." I breathed out and looked at the moon that was shining brightly.
"Do you want some time alone?" He asked.
"Yes, yes. Enjoy your party. Watch for Felix, please." I smiled at him.
"Okay, I'll see you, Kalel." He pecked me on the lips and went outside of my room.
The wind blew through my hair and I looked down and took my gloves off of my hands. For some reason, I wanted to feel the marble floor. I lifted my extremely long gown and it showed my worn out sneakers that I grew with. It still fitted me like Cinderella's glass shoes. It represented my true self. I took it off and placed it beside a houseplant. I saw a small bump under the carpet. I took out that something and saw..

I turned my head down to look at it but my tiara will fall off. I took it off and placed my tiara beside my sneakers.
It feels like forever since I wrote through the pages of this old journal.
As I read through the pages... Memories flooded in like a river.
