Miki and Carr looked through the window at the now awake Brian. Both of them wondered what attacked the island. Brian sat up and looked right back at them, "are you just gonna cover all this up when you figure it out?." He asked. Miki gave a response, "that's not for me to decide."
Brian got up and slammed his hands into the glass. "In my time on this island we figured out what you wouldn't tell anyone. IT IS NOT A DEATH ZONE! A STORM DIDN'T DESTROY THE FACILITY NEITHER DID THE SMALL AMOUNT OF RADIATION!" Brian yelled, "IT WAS HIM! IT. WAS. GOJIRA. MY FRIENDS DIED THERE...! AND THEY DESERVE VENGEANCE NOT TO BE COVERED UP...! You have no idea whats coming."
"Nice college lecture." Carr retorted. Brian sat back onto the table in the small room he was in. Miki stood there for a second then walked up to the ship's bridge to send a message to general Takaaki. She was told that Gojira being alive was impossible and was given orders to return the fleet to Japan.
They were 50 miles away from Odo Island at that point. It was quiet...to quiet. Then a white beam cut through the farther back ship causing an explosion.
