"Flutes, oboes and clarinets, play your part at measure 8. " Mr. Green announced.
--------------------------------------------A/N if you don't know what an oboe is, look it up. I play one and it's really cool.
--------------------------------------------- I raised my oboe and put the sweet reed I'm my mouth and wet it. We played perfectly and Mr. Green was proud.
"Everyone who just played, if you can play 4 chromatic scales by Friday, I will buy you candy." Mr. Green said to us. That wasn't the best offer but I'll go for it. I asked if I could try today. He said "sure". I played all four perfectly (I thank my private lessons) just before the bell rang.
I sulked into geography, my least favorite class. As soon as the bell rang, Mr. Lergsdon announced that we were doing partner work. I got stuck with Tanner. I mean that's not bad. Wait, yes it is. No, it's fine he's cute. No! I have a boyfriend. I guess it's ok if I like Tanner too right?
We talked and joked the whole hour. Near the end, he started talking about his new girlfriend; how cute she is and how many times they've kissed. My heart sank. I thought he liked me. wait, why is my heart sinking? Troy and I have happily been together for almost six months. The bell rang and I hurried home, confused and sad.
