"Hey Austin," I said as I climb into the car.
"You look gorgeous." he said as he blushed. I love seeing him nervous.
"Thanks. Not too bad yourself."
He grinned. "So the movie starts at 8:30. Do you want to grab some dinner." He had finally broken out of his shell.
"Sure!" Was my response.
We went to crescent cafe and ate chicken fried steak. We talked for a while and got to know each other.
"Oh! The movie is supposed to start right now!" He exclaimed. We rushed to the car.
"It's ok, there will be a lot of ads first anyway." I assured him. We were at the theater within a few minutes. By 8:40 we were sitting in our seats ready to watch "The Maze Runner". The movie was amazing (but not as good as the book). I wasn't ready for our time together to end. After the movie, he drove me home. He walked me to my door.
"I had a great time tonight." he said.
"Exactly my thoughts" I giggled.
"I have a really serious question for you. do you think you can take it?" He asked.
"Yeah" I said. Honestly, I was scared to death. What could be so important.
"Can I kiss you?" He asked with cheeks as red as roses.
To answer, I just leaned forward and kissed him. he looked star struck.
"Bye," he said.
"Bye"
