Renjun aggressively stabbed his fork into his salad, intensely watching his ex-lover laugh at a, presumably unfunny and cringy, joke his new friend made. "It's for the best. He and Hendery are both lower-class, emo, skater boys. Ooh! It's like that Avril Lavigne song!" Chenle said, a smile plastered across his face. "Maybe you should move on... If I may say, it's been weeks since you last talked," Jisung shyly added to the other's words.

The eldest slowly blinked before turning his head to the younger. "Move on? There isn't even a mourning period for Liu Yangyang, Jisung. I could have anyone I wanted and you think I'm caught up over some soundcloud rapper?" Renjun sneered at him before returning his focus to his lunch. Chenle smirked in amusement, picking out a crouton in his friend's dish. "Oh, Renjunie... Banging Na Jaemin is your mourning period..." Jisung reached his hand behind their leader's back to tug at Chenle's hoodie to shut him up. It wasn't necessarily Yangyang that was the issue here. Renjun hated giving up his partners. He liked feeling wanted and adored by people, he always kept those people at a close distance.

But here he was watching a hand that wasn't his hold someone that used to be in his bed. With every slight touch of Hendery's against Yangyang's skin, the more Renjun felt his anger bubbling inside his body. From his stomach up to his head, he felt vibration and heat filling him up. He pushed his salad away, slung his bag over his shoulder and left the boys with just that. No goodbye, nothing. Just negative energy surrounding their circle. Chenle scooted himself closer to Jisung, wrapping an arm around his shoulder. "Mmm, I feel like I should meddle... I hear our Yangx2 is having a birthday party Saturday..." He took a deep inhale, cueing his other half to input. The black haired boy slowly nodded. "I'll get the invite from Ten!" They've always been such a power duo.

Renjun, however, preferred a more cruel approach to things. If there was something in this world he loved more than himself, it was blackmail. Getting dirt on less-than competition was his favorite hobby, even if it meant wasting his time following them around the city. However, he didn't think he'd be wasting his Thursday afternoon following his competition from campus to an internet café. Even worse that he was now sitting outside a skate park waiting for the other to do something exposé worthy.

It wasn't until Hendery left the park in an unknown woman's car that Renjun finally had his revelation. "Oh, Yangyang is going to love this, isn't he?" He said under his breath, raising his phone to snap a few pictures through the privacy glass of his window.

Chenle pushed the phone up closer to his face to get a better look. "We brought you to this party for you to apologize, Renjun. Not make this worst," he spoke, handing the object back to the brunette. The trio sat in the back of Jisung's Lyft on their way to the party that only he was invited to. Maybe that was Ten's fault for inviting him. The three rarely went anywhere without the others anyway, so why would this party be any different? "He deserves to know, doesn't he? Wouldn't you want to know if the person you were getting involved with was banging a girl behind your back?"

"Since when are you a social vigilante? Renjun, you're a world renowned cheater," the youngest pointed out. He couldn't even deny it. It was even his excuse when he got caught doing so.

The car stopped, cueing their arrival to their destination. The house was seemingly full, not because Yangyang was popular, but because their university peers never passed up a party. They stepped out of the rideshare vehicle one-by-one from eldest to youngest. Renjun's outfit was simplistic, a dark purple silk button up matched with black slacks and a color matched Louis Vuitton belt. He still caught eyes walking into the familiar home, Chenle and Jisung ensuing after him.
