A year later...
Another dream about Blaze ended as my eyes fluttered opened. I rubbed them before getting up. I did my hygiene stuff before going to check on the babies. I walked into their room and saw Savannah standing up in her crib.
"Good morning dada." She said as I approached.
I kissed her forehead, "Good morning my beautiful princess and my little super hero." I said before doing the same to Kaden who laid awake in his crib.
"G'morning." He said lowly.
"Are you guys hungry?"
"Yes." Savannah said bouncing up and down.
"Kaden- sleep again." I chuckled watching him doze off.
"Pancakes?" Savannah asked. In true Taurus fashion, she didn't care about anything but food.
"Yeah, come on let's go brush your teeth while your brother gets some more rest." I said picking her up.
"Good morning mama. I love you." She said to Blaze's photo on the wall as she did every morning.
"She loves you too Savi." I replied kissing her chubby cheeks. I let out a deep sigh. If only Blaze could see her now.
"Mama's at grandma's house." She said randomly.
I smiled knowing she was talking about the dozens of photos at Brad and Elizabeth's house. The kids went there everyday while I was at work.
"Your mama is everywhere." I said handing her toothbrush to her.
I left her to brush as I went to get her outfit for the day. Upon my return she had finished.
"Dada, look!" She squealed showing me her teeth.
"Ooh pearly whites." I chuckled.

After breakfast, it was time to deliver them to their grandparents. The maid let us in and we walked into the huge mansion.
"Elizabeth?" I called out holding a kid in each arm.
"In the kitchen!" She replied. We walked into the kitchen and saw her pouring coffee.
"Grandma Liz!" Savannah said wiggling out of my arms.
"Hi my sweets." Liz said hugging Savannah before taking Kaden from me.
I was so happy she and Brad took him on as their grandchild too. Nadia's parents have hated me since they met me. They wanted her to be with someone from their Arabian culture. I haven't heard from Katia's ass either.
"Where's Brad?" I asked looking around.
"Golfing of course." She chuckled. She took a sip of coffee, "Have they eaten?"
"Yes actually."
"Well I guess I should make myself breakfast."
She started pulling out ingredients as I walked around. I stopped seeing an unfamiliar photo.
"I've never seen this picture before." I said pointing to the framed photo on the wall.
"Yeah, it's from a while ago. She was so young there." She said.
"Hmm."
