"No Yena! Move that way! Not there! The other way...Ugh! You idiot!" Hyewon watched the screen turn black. She slapped a palm against her own forehead in frustration, this being the eighth time they had died on this level.
"It's not my fault!" Yena protested, making wild hand gestures in attempt to defend herself.
"Why are you two fighting again?" Chaewon walked in, her eyes squinting. Her bangs tickled her eyelids and she swept them away.
"We lost because of Yena." Hyewon huffed.
"No we didn't!" Yena retorted sulkily, turning her whole body to face Chaewon instead of Hyewon.
"You two are so childish." Chaewon rolled her eyes.
"I saw you watch Mickey Mouse when you thought no one was looking a couple of days ago, I don't think you have the right to call us childish."
"Yeah, you can't sleep without drinking milk before going to bed too." Hyewon joined Yena in teasing the small faced girl.
The top of a head appeared around the corner of the living room wall.
"Hello!" Yujin smiled brightly, dimples showing themselves.
A month had flown past. A few weeks ago, Yujin had gone to get her fading locks re-dyed. She had contemplated whether to pick a new colour, but decided to just dye her hair the same shade of purple when Wonyoung told her that she liked the look on Yujin. Hyewon had gone with her, and she now sported purple hair, though the shade was slightly brighter than the greyish-purple Yujin had chosen.
Yujin's hair was now in two ponytails after Wonyoung had very persistently begged her to tie them.
"You look so cute!" Chaewon squeaked, rushing over to pinch Yujin's cheeks. The other two gathered around the younger girl, gushing over the two ponytails tied on top of her head. She looked adorable.
"Stop," Yujin whined, wanting nothing more than to rip out the hair ties on her head. She knew she probably looked stupid.
"So cute." Yena twirled a finger around one of Yujin's ponytails.
"Jinnie!" Wonyoung came running down the stairs, swinging her body over the side of the staircase railing. She had her long black hair in two braids. She looked like a baby.
"Aww!" Yena cooed at Wonyoung, reaching up to pat her head.
"Children, come up here!" The familiar voice that belonged to the oldest of the twelve carried from upstairs. They thundered up the stairs and barged into Eunbi's room, where they found all of the other girls already there.
"Yes?" Yujin settled herself comfortably on the corner of the bed. Wonyoung approached her and sat beside her, head laid on her girlfriend's shoulder.
"I've got something for you— one moment..." Eunbi fished around in her bag.
"Aha!" She whipped out a few pieces of paper.
"What?" Chaeyeon, who's head was hanging upside down from side of the bed, squinted at the older girl and nearly tumbled off.
"Tickets!" Eunbi answered, shoving them in the girls' faces.
"Tickets for...?" Hyewon peered at the minuscule print on the ticket that Eunbi held right in front of her face.
"Amusement park!" Eunbi waved a hand around impatiently.
Hyewon's eyes sparkled. "Woah! I miss the churros they sell!" She squeaked.
Eunbi narrowed her eyes at her. This girl, only cares about food...
"Amusement park!" Nako screeched, her small body bouncing up and down on the mattress. "This is gonna be so fun!"
