Aria was sick of living with the Zoldycks. Mainly the males.
First of all, Alluka woke up 5am SHARP every morning, and Killua decided to follow her sleep schedule. SO great, Aria slept in every day at home! Not to mention Kalluto probably snuck out in the middle of the night, though she wasn't sure. Either way, her eyes were crying at the small amount of sleep she was getting.
Killua had seemed okay in the first few days, then he saw a candy store and Aria's savings went out of the window. If it weren't for the fact she literally could summon money, they'd be broker than Giran.
Besides her sleep schedules that probably got warped by sleeping in a huge room never knowing whether it was night or day Alluka was fairly pleasant. Lets just be grateful she wasn't sleeping like Dracula. Honestly, the parents could have at least given her a window, just in case she, y'know got teleported to another dimension. Geez.
And Kalluto was a whole nother story. He and Killua were CONSTANTLY arguing. If it wasn't about Alluka it was about Alluka.
The layout would be Killua wanted Kalluto to be nicer to Alluka, Kalluto didn't want to. Or Killua wanted Kalluto to stop being mean to Alluka, which Kalluto would deny that, and tell Killua (indirectly) to stop being a bossy prick.
To make it better, they always argued when they went shopping with Aria. Thats right. The amount of times she was crammed with those two bickering was insane. They never deuced it out in front of Alluka.
They did once actally:
"WELL MAYBE IF YOU ACTUALLY KNEW HOW TO BE A PROPER OLDER BROTHER-"
"I AM A FINE OLDER BROTHER, YOU'RE THE ONE-"
"OH SHUT UP IF YOU HADN'T BEEN SUCH A SELF-CENTERED FRIEND SEEKING BRAT OUR FAMILY WOULDN'T BE SUCK A MESS!"
"THE FAMILY'S MESS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME!"
"IT HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH YOU BEING AN 'OH I'LL JUST ABANDON THE PEOPLE WHO RAISED ME FOR ALLUKA AND GOM!'"
"HIS NAME IS GON AND MY PARENTS RAISED ME LIKE JERKS!"
"DON'T SAY THAT! OUR PARENTS RAISED YOU TO BE STRONG!"
"THEY RAISED ME TO BE A KILLER! I DIDN'T WANT TO AND THEY FORCED ME TO LEARN THOSE STUPID ASSASSIN CRAP LIKE OVER-OBESSESIVE CREEPS!"
"SO? I CAN ONLY GUESS TO AMOUNT OF TIMES YOUR LIFE WAS SAVED BY THOSE 'STUPID' ASSASSIN CRAP!"
"SHUT UP WE'LL SETTLE THIS WHEN ALLUKA ISN'T LISTENING!"
"OH SO THATS WHAT MATTERS?!" both boys then stormed away leaving a very confused Alluka and Aria. Aria just sighed.
"Why is Big Brother and Little Brother constantly fighting?"
"Huh?" this was the one fight that Alluka had actually been in the same room.
"Well if they're not glaring at each other their ignoring the other. Why do they fight? Can't they settle this some other way? I don't really get what they're talking about but I don't think they should be arguing like that. They'll hurt each other." Alluka looked down.
Aria stroked Alluka's head, "Boys," she sighed, "don't even get me started."
Aria and Alluka had barely passed the Aizawa test. Aria excelled in grip-strength, speed, and flexibility, meanwhile Alluka excelled in long-jump, speed, and flexibility. Despite this both had scarcely gotten better than Midoriya. If it weren't for the fact that either way all their other statistics were impressive. For example, Aria could thrown a ball an impressive 75 yards, and though Alluka could only do 60, it was still better than say, Jiro.
Now it was lunch break before All Mights class.
Kalluto POV:
Lunch break was agonizing. At home, if he wanted to just stand alone at have everyone just ignore him, well consider it done. It was wanting people to talk to him that was the real issue.
In UA, it was pretty much vice versa. It seemed because he scored first in the practical exam everyone wanted to talk to him.
Aria, Alluka, and Killua didn't bother help. Guess he was just taking the heat for everything.
"Whats your quirk? I'm Mina Ashido by the way."
"Is it like wind? Ribbit. My name is Tsuyu Asui by the way, ribbit."
"Wind. Yeah."
"What an amazing quirk!"
"Well I don't have as good control as Killua."
Killua glared at him across the room as everyone turned to him.
"Theres no need to evaluate yourself through your brother. Just find your own flow." #9 air chopped.
"Thanks #9."
"Wait my name is Tenya Iida."
"Hmm." despite Tenay's nice words, Kalluto still wanted to just crawl in a hole. A nice silent hole.
Sao, Iro, Kendi, he couldn't get their names at all.
"Whats the big deal with this guy huh?"
"None of your business #4." Kalluto snapped.
"#4?"
"Wait is he saying our ranks in the practical exam?" #5 blinked, "Not cool Ando."
"Whatever #5."
The students attitude towards him visibly shifted.
"You shouldn't judge your classmates based on their rank in the exam."
"He thinks he's better than us huh?"
I'm not judging you, thats just the only title for you that I know I can remember.
"I agree. Kalluto, it's not your fault but you should apologize." Alluka added.
Suddenly Kalluto blood felt like fire as he glared at Alluka, "Be quiet Quirkless."
"Quirkless?" the red and white boy blinked.
"Y-you shouldn't judge people by their quirks either!" #10 stuttered.
"This doesn't involve you #10."
"I think you should apologize to everyone you labeled."
"Apologize." a voice behind him commanded. Killua stood menacingly behind him. "Apologize to Alluka."
"Whats going on here?" Eraserhead awoke and walked over to them.
"Ando is labeling everyone in the class by either their quirk or their rank in the practical exam."
"Is this true Ando?"
Kalluto sighed already hating his last name, "I wasn't labeling them. I was calling them by their respective titles. I had no malicious intent to most of them, and if I did, I did not express it through the titles."
"You should still apologize though!" #10 piped up.
"Mhmm, you might have hurt their feelings." Alluka added.
"I said this was none of your business Quirkless."
"I said apologize to Alluka."
Everyone sweat dropped at the tension between them.
Eraserhead cleared his throat, "Kalluto, if you mean no harm then I will let this pass, once. However do not behave like this again."
Kalluto looked up, so everyone could see the glint of defiance in his eyes, "Ai."
