chapter 2

         Shylas P.O.V.

        "Nice to meet you Ashton, Im Shyla but it really doesn't matter because you probably won't talk to me, hope you like Rose Hill and all that junk, but now if you excuse me I'm late for class" I started to head off. "Wait um could you show me around the school" he asked kindly. "Im sure theres plenty of girls that want to show you around" I said not turning around. "All they want to do is go make out of me to hold there stuff while they go on talking about how great they are" he said with annoying tone. "Ok fine but lets go to the office so I can be excused from my classes for the day" I say as I turned around. He nods and we head to the office.

        After I showed Ashton around the school I learned that he has all his classes with me witch is weird but so am I so oh well. I also learned that we have a lot in com-in. Like for example we both play the piano, saxophone, guitar, and my favorite the drums. We also love spaghetti, and banana milkshakes. 

        Right now its lunch and Ashton and me grabbed our lunch and are now heading to a table. "Hey Shyla why weren't you in band" my friend Hannah said. "I was excused from all classes today because I was showing him around" I point to Ashton as I say this. "Who is he" my other friend Kaylee said. "Oh yeah this is Ashton he's the new kid" I turn to Ashton "Ashton this is Hannah and Kaylee" He gives them a smile "nice to meet you guys" They both smile and say together "you too" Hannah looks at me and smirks. Oh god Hannah why you always doing the smirk when ever we get a new student and I show him around, ugh. I shake my head at her and she laughs and rolls her eyes. "So Ashton" Hannah started. "Yes Hannah" he said in response. She looks at me and I start shaking my head no like crazy. "Got a girl friend" she blurted out, I face palmed, why doesn't she understand just because there a new kid doesn't mean that I would like them. "Um no, why" he says after he takes a drink from his carton. "No reason just something I ask all the new kids" she gives me a smirk. "Um ok" he continues eating. Thank god Hannah stopped asking questions and started eating. 

        Lunch just finished and Im heading to my car because I'm excused from all my classes for the day so my as well not waist it in the school. I was at my car when I heard someone shouting my name. I turn and find Ashton walking my way. "Hey Shyla where you going" he said after he reached my car. "Im going to go to a car dealer ship to trade this hunk of just for a new one"I pointed to my car. "Can I come with" he questioned me. "Why" I said with a confused face. "I really don't know any one else besides you and your friends and I really don't have anything else to do" he says a little fast. I laugh "ok hop in" He smiles and runs to the other side and gets in. I roll my eyes and get in.

        I get out of my car with Ashton and we get greater by a dealer. "Hi I'm looking to trade this in for a new one"  I say to him. "Ok just follow me and Ill show you your options" He leads us to a lot with a lot of cars and trucks. "Ill leave you to choose and Ill be inside if you need any help" I nod and he walks away. "Ok lets start looking" Ashton says. I nod and we start looking.

        "Oh how about this one" Ashton point to a blue car. "No my last one was blue I'm trying not to get a blue one this time" He nods and we keep looking. As we walk I look to my right and find a red truck. "Omg yas this one is perfect" I go over to it. I get in and try it out. "this is the one lets go get him" Ashton nods and we go inside and get the dealer.

We are currently in my brand new freaking red truck and I'm squirming in my seat. "Shyla stop squirming or we will crash" Ashton says. "Sorry Ashton I'm just really happy" I say looking at the road. "I can tell" he laughs, I laugh to. "Oh were going to make a stop real quick" I continue. "Ok" he says also looking at the road.

        I hop out of the truck followed by Ashton. I head inside after getting out my key to the house. "You live here" Ashton questioned. "Oh god no" I say. "Then who does" he continues the questions. "Just checking on someone" I unlock the door and push it open. I walk inside followed by Ashton. "You can stay down stairs Ill be right back" He nods and I head upstairs and open one of the doors. I walk in and looked around but there was no one in the room. "Jake are you in here or nah" I said. Suddenly I was grabbed from behind and my mouth was cover.
