chapter 4

        Shyla's P.O.V.

        I never thought Jake would threaten me or he would be a v-vampire, like how did that happen, nothing makes sense. I thought vampires weren't real, well apparently I was wrong, does that mean werewolves, witches, wizards, and all the other mythical stuff is real. I think I need to lay down on this.

        After that whole thing with Jake, I quickly got Ashton in the truck without another word and quickly drove off. Its been silent the entire ride and I don't know where exactly where I was going.

        "What time is it" I say braking the silence.

        "Its only 2:50" he says looking down at his phone.

        I nod and grabbed my phone and dialed Hannah's number, knowing that she was probably skipping her class.

        "Hello" she said picking up.

        "Hey wanna come over, my parents aren't home, like always, and I really need to have a friend over" I say keeping an eye on the road.

        "I don't know maybe I have to make sure my moms not home first ok, ill call and tell you in a few ok" and with that she hung up.

        I tossed my phone on the dashboard, "Ok Ashton where do you live, I can drop you off"

        "Just take me back to school my cars still there" he says.

        "Kk" I quickly drive to school.

        Once we got there I pulled up on the curb and he got out "thanks for the day I had fun" he said before we closed the door. "Me to, and it was no big deal, Ill see you tomorrow" I say with a smile, he nods and closes the door and runs to his car. I was about to pull away when Hannah was running to my truck.

        I rolled down the window so we could talk, "What you think" I ask her.

        "It's nice a lot better than your old one" she said admiring the red truck.

        "Thanks, so is your mom home" I ask her.

       "No so Im coming over ok" she says as she hops in the passenger seat.

        I laugh and pull out of the parking lot onto the busy street.

        I pulled into my driveway, seeing no other cars, which meant that my parents weren't home or would be for a while.

        I sigh and got out of the truck, followed by Hannah and went and unlocked the front door.   We throw our bags on the couch and run to the kitchen. I get out a few waters while she gets food from the covered. We go up to my room and throw the stuff on my bed. I pop in a movie, finding nemo, and plop next to Hannah on the bed. We munch on the snacks as we watch Nemo touch 'the butt'.

        Hannah decided to stay the night knowing her mom was yet again on another business trip with my parents. We didn't give two shits if its a school night, we tend to do this a lot.

        Technically the rest of the day consist of Hannah and me prank calling people, watching movies, eating lots of food, and doing challenges for our YouTube channel.  We also did some covers for our other YouTube channel.

sorry for another short chapter guys ive been really busy lately but ill work on doing a lot more chapters for this book and for the others. ok bye my squirrels.
