"You had fun?" Jenny crossed her arms and stared at me with an accusing glare.

Armand had left an hour ago, he needed to get back to work and I needed to continue on my project. I hadn't seen Jenny until now and she didn't seem pleased.

"Yes, I did." I grabbed my jacket and slipped it on along with my sunglasses; waited a minute to see if Jenny was going to say anything back, but she didn't. Nothing about her expression or posture changed and I shrugged it off walking out of the apartment.

I wasn't about to feel bad about something that made me feel so happy. Not this time around.

The whole day I didn't think of Armand, at all. Not of Jenny or anyone for that matter. I was too submerged into my work that it came to a complete surprise when I saw Armand standing next to a motorcycle outside of the school's building.

He wore a pair of black jeans that hugged his legs way too good to be legal, a white V-neck shirt with a black jacket over it; sunglasses resting on his nose and hair tied back. The heel of his boot kept hitting the pavement in some sort of rhythm I couldn't hear, all the while scrolling through his phone.

He didn't quite fit it, there was something around him that made him stand out and seem as if he didn't belong. It was both strange and appealing.

Every few people will stop to look at him and then hurry to their destination.

I felt butterflies in my stomach when he looked up from his phone and smiled when he saw me there, creepily staring at him.

"You look like a proper bad boy." I commented as I walked up to him.

"I'm all man baby." He smirked and leaned down to place a quick kiss to my lips.

"Don't I know it?" I chuckled. "What brings you here? Surely not me."

"Oh, honey, I'll go anywhere for you." His eyes widened and he tried to look innocent while doing it.

"To the ends of the world?" I gasped, placing my hands on his chest.

"If that's what it takes." He grasped my hands and I couldn't stop the giggle escaping from my mouth.

"We are strange." I shook my head and smiled up at him. "No, seriously, what's going on?"

"I wanted to see you, seriously." Armand winked.

"Oh." I was really trying not to look surprised by the statement. It didn't actually work as Armand was now looking down at me with a frown and confusion written all over his face.

"Why does that surprise you?"

"I doesn't." I quickly said. Yeah, really not that good of a liar.

"Darcy, please tell me. Am I making you uncomfortable?" he gently placed his hand to my cheek, and at the shake of my head he continued. "You can tell me how you feel, I'll listen. Are you busy? Oh god, I didn't even call. Am I in your way? Damn, sorry. Darcy, you can tell me to go away if I'm interrupting or you don't want to be around me. Seriously I won't get mad or anything, I completely understand. Sometimes when I'm writing I can't stand to have anyone around me, it irritates me. That's it, isn't it? I'm just going to go and-"

I couldn't stand it him blaming himself for something that was actually not bothering me; I was just a tad bit confused. So I covered his mouth with my hand making his eyes widen.

"You're rambling." I felt his chuckle and moved my hand away. "It's not you, it's-" At his wince I quickly continued.

"Oh, it's not the "it's not you, it's me" crap. Well it kind of is but not in the way you're thinking. I really am not making any sense am I?"
