Chapter 31

"Stop it Sasuke!" Naruto yelled out with 5 of his tails out ready to attack.

"What the hell?!" Sasuke cursed.

"Naruto is dead, I was sure of it. He died because I wasn't there for him. No, Sakura and Gaara weren't there for him when he needed them the most. This is all their fault, right?!" Sasuke told himself.

Sasuke tried to raise his head back up to attack, but Naruto's powered tails threw him across the room.

"Snap out of it Sasuke!" Naruto yelled.

Soon after a few moments Sasuke passed out from using too much chakra.

Neji and Gaara both put Sasuke on the bed while Sakura came running back with Kyuubi and Itachi.

"What happened here?" Itachi asked.

Kyuubi crossed his arms and leaned against the wall waiting for a response.

Sakura explained everything to both of them.

"So, ever since Sasuke woke up he was acting weird?" Kyuubi asked.

"Yes." Sakura answered.

"Weird in what way?" Kyuubi asked.

"He woke up and I felt this strong sense of chakra radiating from him, then he attacked us out of nowhere. He said it was our fault, but that was all he said." Sakura explained.

Kyuubi nodded as he looked at Itachi.

"Must've been a strong genjustu Orochimaru put him in." Itachi sighed.

Just when they were about to feel relieved, Kakashi came running in the room.

"Sir, Orochimaru has escaped, we are on the search for him right now!" Kakashi spoke loudly.

Everyone's eyes widened.

Itachi, Kyuubi, and Sakura felt something was extremely wrong.

As the three turned their heads around to see Sasuke, Orochimaru appeared, then smirked.

"Thanks for the kid." He hissed out as he disappeared.

"Shit!" Itachi shouted as he tried to reach out for Sasuke.

Everyone was stunned by what just happened.

Kyuubi's ears perked up and ran towards something invisible.

He grabbed someone from thin air and appeared right in front of them.

It was Kabuto.

"Where the hell did your master take the kid?!" Kyuubi asked with anger.

"Why the hell would I tell you?" Kabuto smirked.

Kyuubi was about to strangle him, but stopped.

"Put that kid down, he isn't going to tell us anything. However, we can track Orochimaru where he is going." Itachi spoke.

"Fine." Kyuubi threw him.

"Are you okay, Naruto?" Gaara asked.

"Yeah. What was that all about?" Naruto asked.

"Now is not the time, we got to know where Orochimaru is headed." Itachi spoke with a serious tone.

Sorry for not updating for a while, I'm very busy since it's my last year in high school, I'll try to update when I can. (Plus, I'm failing a class.) 😶
