During their first trip to Itachi's kingdom, Sasuke was true to his words. He made Naruto's life very difficult while making sure they didn't trace it back to him although it was obvious because he is the only one who would be happy whenever Naruto was sad. Iruka would have to walk into a room first just in case something didn't fall from above or look through the clothes in case there were bugs, these were just in the morning. However, Naruto was well-known in the fox kingdom for his pranks but Naruto didn't know who was responsible for the pranks, so he just pranked anyone he saw. This is when Kyuubi and Itachi then stepped in. Sasuke was in range when finding out the person who kept pranking Naruto. The pranks on Naruto didn't stop, just the petty things and Naruto just shrugged them off. Kyuubi and Naruto left without much trouble. With the two foxes gone, Sasuke had to plan how to make Naruto's visit trouble next year. While Itachi had to plan ahead to stop whatever Sasuke was planning.
