No one has risen up to my high standards. I refuse to lower them. If true love ever comes my way it will not require me to belittle myself so they can stand above me. It will want us to stand side by side respecting each other’s position and morals. It will not undermine my views or perspectives of the world, it will simple accept, not necessarily agree but accept nonetheless. These childish minds trapped in the bodies of men don’t have the ability to provide such things for they are not confident within what they want. The fear of commitment has poisoned this generation and created heartless creatures. It has fooled them into thinking that a woman with no morals is better, if she stands for nothing then she’s definitely more likely to fall, straight onto their bed. The concept or acceptance of love is a myth in this day and age; so people who are trying so hard to hold onto what they should get and deserve are left feeling like the outcasts when the truth is they could not be on a better path of life.
