Chapter10:Bruised Arms

~Y/N's POV~ (2 Minutes before they were attacked)

All of us were aware that Kise's Mafia was hunting us down since the moment we drove from Miyagi to Tokyo so we were prepared. Hachiro informed us that they were already here, we got ready. As everybody ran to hide, we were setting up the trap. Commander Tera was killed by him and we won't just let that pass. Storm 6 is not a ordinary group of teen soldiers. We were well prepared.

I got in position as I heard footsteps outside, Aiming our guns at the door, we were bait but it's not the first time we were in a very dangerous position-we were in danger everyday, we just avoid it. Kise gave his men the signal and we all fell to the floor "DEAD". He was about to come close to us but I sat up covered in blood and stared directly into his eyes "I guess I'm not dead." I said in a mischievous tone-Collin sat up too "Nope. Definitely not Dos." He said while we gave each other a fist bump "I guess not..." Callista said as she got up "You guys alive?" I asked and they sat up while nodding, We got up and since they were already out of bullets and had no time to reload so we shot them-not deadly shots but it would be enough to keep them down or even cripple them and plus, our bullets had a chemical that would paralyze someone for a good 4 hours if shot. Kise tried running but Hachiro and Hiroki blocked his path and sprayed his eyes with pepper spray, I pounced on him and we crashed on the floor.

"You won't get away this time asshole!" I exclaimed as I punched him in the face. The team had to pull me away from his almost-lifeless body since I kept beating him up until he passed out and was bloody. We stood there, blood dripping off our bodies. It was our blood but it wasn't really from our bodies that time. Before the bullets reached us, we reacted a second earlier and got on the floor as we bursted the blood bags. We had blood bags in our emergency kits since if we loose a lot of blood on a mission-we might be dead before we could even reach the hospital due to injuries on our bodies, basically its for the "Unforeseen situations" we could be in if we were on the job. Our profession did involve a lot of injuries and blood shed and also cussing....

I finally calmed down and we finished detaining those idiots. Back up came as fast as they could and took them away with giving us glances of concern along with questions but we just said they were blood from the emergency kit, they left shortly after that. We went back inside and apologized to the players. "Sorry for letting you witness that scene." Storm 6 chorused "It's alright! but are you guys okay? Your bleeding!" Sugawara said and they didn't even look fazed by the shooting earlier, we were caught off guard of their reactions and couldn't speak....

"We're fine, we didn't get shot, it's just our blood bags from our emergency aid kit..." Geo said "And this way, we get to have fun!" Annalise said while passing us water guns, Our assistants were already cleaning the area so we were gonna get cleaned in a fun way "Oooh! That looks fun! Can we join?" Shoyo excitedly said, we just nodded and Hachiro, Hiroki and Sam came in holding bags of Water Guns.

They got one each and we proceeded to go to the grass fields and started shooting water at each other and rolling on the ground if ever needed. We were running around spraying each other. Everyone soon headed to the showers and got cleaned.

I got out the shower and got in comfortable clothes, I stole Shoyo's sweatshirt earlier and paired it with shorts, Geo was also wearing a Shirt that I've never seen before, I saw the embroidered initials on the shirt were "SK", I leaned into her ear "Sugawara-Senpai lent you his shirt?" I whispered and she looked at me "Yup, Sam accidentally got my shirts wet so I had nothi to wear..." She said and I just wiggle my eyebrows in speculation and she just rolled her eyes.

We were gonna join the Teams for dinner tonight and as we caught up to Collin and Liam, I ran up to them and clung onto Collin's back "As for your punishment for pulling me off Kise, I want you to carry me." I said "I will drop you." He said "Don't you dare!" Hachiro and Hiroki exclaimed "I won't!" Collin exclaimed and put his arms under my thighs so I won't fall, Annalise did the same to Liam while Callista held the twins' hands and Geo carried her sister.

We started having a race to the dining hall.

~Shoyo's POV~

The door opened and Y/N and her friends fell in and they crashed on the floor, the only ones that were standing were Geo-San holding her little sister Sam. She greeted us first "Good evening everyone, Pardon our stupidity..." She said while bowing before she placed Sam down and helped her friends get up, As Y/N got up, I noticed the shirt she was wearing-It was my missing sweatshirt!

"MY MISSING SWEATSHIRT!" I exclaimed while pointing at Y/N and she just rubbed the back of her neck while chuckling, we stared at her but then our eyes went wide "Oh My God! Y/N!" Annalise exclaimed while grabbing her hands, she looked confused at first but then She noticed it too- her knuckles were bruised and when Annalise pushed up the sleeves of her(my) sweatshirt, there were a couple bruises and red marks on her arms... it was silent for a second before she chuckled awkwardly "I'm fine, I might've over did beating up Kise earlier..." She said as she pulled down the sleeves, my body moved on its own and I pulled her into a hug... "Sho? I promise I'm fine..." She said while patting my back. I know I should probably be loud right now but my thoughts were gone-my mind was blank and all I could do was cling into my best friend's body.

"Shoyo? I swear... I'm fine..." She said while separating us but my hand was still holding hers, I couldn't speak-Y/N did mention sometime ago that when someone is experiencing a rush of emotions they might have a hard expressing themselves-I never thought that I'd be one of those people since I'm commonly said to be loud but here I am now... I can't even say a single word... Y/N called it "Shock Effect" and I guess it was something like that. 

Moments later, We were all seated at the dining hall and started eating, I sat beside Y/N since I refused to be separated from her... It is normal for close friends to be worried about each other... After dinner, I went to walk around with Y/N. This was a chance for us to actually catch up with each other's lives... I couldn't let go of her hand throughout the whole time were together.
