I woke up entangled with various limbs. Limbs that did not belong to me since they were way larger than my own. I raise my head off of Sameer's chest just enough to see the sun beginning to rise. The room was dimly lit as the light peeked in through the curtains. I looked up at Sameer who was staring back at me sleepily. He gave me a little smile before closing his eyes.

I looked at the clock and it read 5:43, which meant that I had to get myself ready before training the twins.

I tried to get out the bed but stopped as I realized that someone was holding my waist. I turned around and saw a sleeping giant teddy bear, Larry, who was about to fall off of the bed. I looked around for Laurent, but he was no where to be found. So I just assumed he had left.

I just gave him a little nudge before letting gravity do the rest, making him drop to the ground with a hard thud. I giggled as he shot back up glaring at me.

I just shrugged my shoulders and smiled innocently at him. "Go get ready"

He sighed loudly "Ugh, I'm so tired, Ziya." He complained laying back down on the bed.

I shake my head and stood up to stretch before walking towards the stair case. I made my way to the door and held my hand on the door knob.

"Okay, but if you're not there on time you're running laps." I said loud enough for him to hear, opening the door and walking out.

I went into my apartment and took myself a shower and doing all that hygenic stuff. I threw on some compression shorts, a loose fitting tank top, and running shoes. All black of course.

I was sitting on the couch in the hang out room with my feet propped up on the coffee table in front of me. Laurent was laying his head on my lap, massaging my hand that had rested upon his chest as we watched TV.

"Ziya! Look!" Kaori yelled. We both looked over to her and our jaws dropped. She was running with a huge smile from ear to ear.

It was a good thing that her legs turned back to normal a few hours after she woke, but she still couldn't run then. My eyes widen from the sight. I couldn't believe that she was actually running again; and this time without struggling.

"Look at what I can do." She said raising her hands, and I looked at her confused.

"Keep watching..." She said and I noticed that the tip of her fingers began to turn into stone. I watched as her whole hands slowly began to turn to a tan color like a rock. Then it started trailing down her forearms.

Laurent and I watched in amazement as she transformed into her true form. The form she had to accept in order for her to truly live. And it made me proud that she embraced her gifts.

"How you do that?" Laurent asked taking one of her hands into his own and examining it.

"I just think of my hands turning into stone and then it just starts to do it." She said shrugging her shoulders smiling.

Right then and there Larry ran through the doors out of breath.

"Okii. Okii. I'm here." He said out of breath. I looked up at the clock and it read 6:28 a.m. I shook my head and chuckled before standing up and heading towards the training center.
