2.2 - date day / ♡

two weeks later

i found myself pacing around the apartment bella and i shared anxiously. it was about 9 am or so, and i had quite the day ahead. i sighed and sat down at the breakfast bar, burying my face in my hands and groaning loudly.

bells poked her head around the corner from the balcony, letting the nice fall air breeze through.

"you've been pacing and groaning for like the past ten minutes, nova. what's up with you right now?"

"ihaveadatetoday." i mumbled back in response, lifting my head out of my hands and turning to look at her.

"you what?" she replied, squinting at me suspiciously.

"i..." i took a breath and ran my hand through my hair, "i have a date today."

"BITCH!" she screeched, before clapping her hand over her mouth and darting inside, quickly shutting the door to the balcony and all but racing over to me. she carefully set her mug down next to mine before turning, taking me by my shoulders, and shaking me. "with who? why didn't i know about this before!"

"if i tell you, you can't be mad at me.... because you're kind of also being included in it." i replied back, looking away.

"WHAT THE FU-" i slapped a hand across her mouth. "sit down and i'll explain. no more yelling, or the other residents will be mad." 

she huffed, but sat down anyway, giving me a pointed stare. "spill the beans, bitch."

"beeeans what the fuck." i grated out before getting serious so i could explain the details.

"....yoongi and jungkook have planned a double date for us today since all of our schedules are free today and tomorrow. they only told me last night, and i didn't tell you because if i did, i knew you wouldn't have slept for shit."

"you know what, that's reasonable," bella nodded, stroking her imaginary beard, "i can't even be mad. in that case, thank you. but.... A DOUBLE D-"

i smacked my hand across her mouth again and gave her a flat look.

"sorry." she mumbled from behind my hand. 

"they'll be picking us up around one, so we should start getting ready soon. you hop in the shower first and i'll pick some outfit options out for you, then we'll switch and go from there."

"bet." bella nodded and reached out to dap me up before hurrying to the bathroom.

i headed to bella's room in our temporary home and turned on our home sound system from my phone, setting the volume decently low before playing some soft vibe-y music and going through her closet and dresser to pick some cute outfits for our dates. the only hint yoongi gave me about the whole event was, 'dress warm'. when i tried to press he and jungkook for details, all i got in reply was 'it's not a surprise if we tell you.' 

i picked bells a few cute outfits, including a cashmere navy coloured dress, black leggings, a black cardigan, and black booties, a pair of fleece-lined black leggings with a cream coloured scoop-neck oversized sweater and some tall combat boots. the last outfit was my personal favourite; dark wash high waisted pants that had a few small rips, a yellow and white striped long sleeve fitted shirt, and a pair of yellow converse with the options of a yellow, black, or cream cardigan.

i smiled to myself, and went to her dresser, setting out a few different jewelry options such as necklaces, earrings, rings, and hair pins. i also went ahead and picked her out some cute panties and a matching bra for the occasion before going to sit on the edge of her bed that wasn't covered with clothes and playing a game on my phone until i heard the shower turn off.
