ten minutes later, and isabella was still staring at me with her jaw dropped. 

"i... we... we... what?" bells stuttered out finally. she just continued to blink at me in absolute shock and slowly shook her head. "we.. we get to- to..?"

i nodded and reached over to help her close her mouth.

"yes. we get to do that."

her eyes began to tear up and get glossy before she launched herself at me, sending us flying onto the floor in a heap. 

"have i ever told you how much i appreciate what you do?" bella cried out, sobbing into my chest.

i laughed softly and ran my hand through her hair as she held onto me and cried out her happiness. i rubbed my other hand up and down her back to try and soothe her and hummed softly.

"wouldn't hurt to hear it more often~"

"shut up, stupid. i hate you." bella sniffed. i chuckled and patted under her eyes with my sleeves. 

"i love you too, sweet pea." 

after a while, we finally got up from the floor and isabella hugged me tightly. "can i... can i tell them thank you?"

"of course. wanna use my phone or your own?" i replied, sitting up and brushing my hair back.

"yours is fine."

i nodded and handed my phone over to her, knowing she could get through the passcode on her own.
