Mistral is a land filled with Banditry and the black market but now they are towards communism. With the rise of the White Fang they soon found out they are friends with the Soviets. The bandits and villages united and began to raid all of Mistral seizing supplies, recruits, and weapons. The Mistral Cong gathers people who are in villages, Faunus who wanted rights, and even crimes who will be mercenaries. Mao Chi Minh wanted very manpower to take all of the west and secure Mistral. Mistral will be one of the darkness and horrible wars that Renmant will have.
3rd Pov
Mao Chi Minh sends all of his Guerrilla task force to get support into Mistral and forage a pact with other villages and Faunus to join the White Fang or the communist army. They joined but some did not. In this Mao Chi Minh did something that is a crime by putting them on gun point or killing anyone. This spread fears to all the villager forcing to join the communist army. Mao Chi Minh began make his black market with guns that Y/n gave. He made Shenyang a city where bandits and mercenaries. Mao Chi Minh hired bandits and mercenaries in the army while instead of money he gave them weapons, food, and even crime orders to raid and pillage villages or towns. Y/n did his best to give more weapons but instead he gives them blue prints and outdated weapons they could use.

Y/n told them it was easy to make these guns as they do not need dust. The Communist of Mistral began to manufacture these weapons and thanks to Y/n's delivery they deliver the weapons to Shenyang. Over months the Communist in Mistral began to conduct raids,destruction, and even death. Tunnels where established in villages, towns, and even parts of the city. Worst is that the Mistral Cong began to rise up and declare a revolution. The Kingdom of Mistral began to send out soldiers and militias to destroy the communist resistance. The first battle was by the capital of Mistral where there is huge communist rallies and anger against the government. The soldiers approached the communist rebels as they yelled to end this but the soldier did not. It was then they began to shoot them causing a civil war. The two armies fired each other as the city battle ground became a graveyard where thousands of communist and soldiers of Mistral are killed. Feared spread as Grimm now plague the lands but it was then some time their population decreases. Mistral Cog put in many deadly traps in Mistral but it was set off by Grimm.

Salem was watches as the rebellion in Mistral began. She needed something in Mistral but this could be interesting.

Salem orders all of her grimm to not get involved in battle but she'll do raids. Due from her grimm is getting killed by their traps. It's not worth losing many in a civil war.
