Y/n tricks Ozpin and Ironwood thinking this nation would go to peace but later he would reach out any white fang communications that they are in their side. Even if the white fang can't trust the Soviet Union. They give them their freedom by giving them their weapons and using them. This causes a huge terrorist attacks that the kingdoms did not know but some believe it's time to change this. Worst is Mistral and Vacuo's communist organization that rises up and attacks the kingdom. They get support from the Soviet Union and would rise up to a civil war.
A month after the Soviet Union in Renmant the communist spread is increasing. Many bandits in Mistral joined the Communist organization lead by a Mistral communist leader who wanted to stick to traditional ways and force Atlas back to their lands. Raids began and people where either killed or recruited. It was then the Mistral police and the army destroyed them but they later marched out to the border with the Soviet Union.

The Soviet Union welcomed the new communist embers and later make them comfortable and sending in food, makeshift shelter, and supplies. The leader of the communist of Mistral. Mao Chi Minh the leader of the communist met with Y/n and talk to him about allowing him and his army to invade the city of Shenyang. Y/n agrees and letting him and his army bring weapons. Mao Chi Minh began to prepare for his armies to take to the battle.
Meanwhile
Seinna Khan and her White Fang loyalist visit Y/n for his diplomatic ties and their relations between of the organization and the nation. As Seinna Khan sailed to the Soviet Union, Y/n met her and shook her hand nicely. He guides her and sees wonderful buildings of the nation. Seinna later met with Mao Chi Minh as they sit and talk about their plans.
Y/n: "Well my Comrades. Our revolution will come so what is next."
Mao Chi Minh: "Y/n thank you for helping us. Without you our culture will be gone and Atlas inflicting us will continue."
Y/n: "Yes those traitors and Atlas will suffer."
Seinna: "So what's the plan if we won?"
Y/n: "Well our trail and those who harsh your people I would say give them to me and I'll put them to a Gulag."
Seinna: "What's that?"
Y/n: "Well it's just teaching them a lesson."
Seinna: "I see. So what is your plan."
Y/n: " The plan is to take Shenyang. The kingdoms would think it was a uprising but I doubt it would be us. If they come in higher numbers the Union will join in."
Sienna: "What about us."
Y/n: "You will spy and sabotage key structures and raid supply lines. If Atlas comes then join the rebellion. They would think it was an rebellion due from racism."
Mao Chi Minh: Ok so how long."
Y/n: "Whatever you like. Make everyone prepare for battle. Show your enemies that you are serious.
Mao Chu Minh left while Seinna Khan drinks that Y/n gave her. They tossed for a new age of revolution and schemes that they did.
Meanwhile
Ozpin is having issues about rebellions, white fang terrorist attacks, and even raids in Mistral and Vacuo. He later believes that the Soviet Union is behind all of this. Ozpins tries to contact the Soviets but he can't contact them. It was then his suspensions are corrected on the Soviets being involved with dealings and uprisings. Ozpin contacts Ironwood to not invade the Soviets knowing a war will come.
In Mistral
The village in the eastern border of the Soviet Union was later attacked by communist troops. The communist army with Soviet weapons destroyed the army in Shenyang created a nation called the People's Republic of Mistral or Eastern Mistral. They were supplies by the Soviet Union but they did join because there will be a war into two fronts. The White Fang began to raid and take supply trucks preventing reinforcement or help. Mao Chi Minh propose a cease fire. The council argues but to prevent more grimm activity they agree with his demands. East Mistral was free but he plans to take more in the west. He sent in Mistral Guerrillas to get support and prepare for a rebellion in Mistral. Ozpin and Ironwood declare the Soviet Union as an enemy and cannot be trusted. Trade with the Soviets was embargoed but the Soviet did not worry as they heard rumors about a communist revolution in Vacuo. One leader believes communism is the answer for a new government. Y/n order to supplies more to his ally while he makes good relations with the White Fang. The White Fang with more support began to think about joining the Soviet Union but some did not. Communism spreads as it began the Red Threat.
