"Looking fresh Foden" I commended his outfit, "same goes for you Southgate" he fired back and led us out of the room. We couldn't leave at the same time because otherwise we'd look suspicious so we both left 5 minutes apart.
After making it out to his car he game me a swift kiss and we climbed into the car. This time i got to sit in the front, and I felt the familiar feeling on his hand upon my thigh.
Thank god I had decided to put my bikini on underneath because a few minutes ago phil informed that he was going to pick me up and jump off the pier with me in his arms.
The car keys clicked and the car stopped, I stepped out of the car with my bag in hand and sunglasses over my eyes, Phil walked over to my side of the car and grabbed my hand, we walked over to a private cove guarded by a wall of rocks and laid our towels down, there were no people in this cove as no one really knows about it.
its kind of fun running around in a secret, relationship? i don't even know what to call us, we act like a couple, we share the same bed every night, go on dates, he even brushes his teeth while I'm showering, but he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend or called me his girlfriend, so I guess ill never know the answer to my question until he does.
my thoughts got me feeling pretty down, lying in the sweltering sun didn't help either, "what's wrong y/n? you seem pretty down". shit he's onto me. "nothing. I'm just hot" "good thing that I promised to chuck you into the water then isn't it!" he reminded and scooped me up into his arms. he belted towards the water and submerged us before I even had a chance to stop him.
we spent all day at the beach and before we knew it, it was sunset, we stood looking towards the ocean, my head against his chest and his strong arms wrapped around my waist. "the sunset if beautiful" I complimented the sunset, "not as beautiful as you", before I got a word in he followed, "will you be my girlfriend y/n, please, I don't care what anyone thinks including your father, we can win them over I promise you, and if we don't then I really couldn't care i just want you, all of you, not what we have right now, I need all or nothing" and there we have it, the answer to my question from earlier, we weren't together but he had all intentions to be. "yes, of course I will!" I answered the question I had been waiting to hear for ages and collided our lips, this time there was so much passion and love. I really don't and never will care about what my father thinks when it comes to our love and what me and Foden share, he won't come between us.
the rest of the evening before going back to the training center was spent getting some food and talking about life.
