Amir
"These bitches love Sosa, o end or no end, fuckin' with them old boys, you gon' get fucked over!"
Love Sosa by Chief Keef blasted at full volume as I drove Melissa home. She'd stayed the night after the party I threw. I only wanted a quick fuck, so I let her stay.
Melissa and I had been on and off for a while. She always wanted to break up over stupid shit, but I loved her nonetheless.
I know it was wrong, but I had only been using Nova to make Melissa jealous. Melissa and I had just gotten into a big argument, and she went and kissed another dude.
It could've been anyone, but when Nova fell into my arms, I knew she was the perfect person for my plan.
What was my plan, you might ask? I wanted to give Melissa a taste of her own medicine. And let me tell you, she didn't like it—she almost didn't let me fuck.
To say I was actually sorry for what I did to Nova would be a lie. I wasn't. In fact, I wanted to use her again and again for my own personal gain.
I was developing a weird, dark obsession with her that I didn't quite understand. She seemed like the perfect girl—and I wanted to ruin her.
I knew I had to make it up to her if I wanted to use her again.
I texted her a sorry-ass apology this morning, and luckily, she fell for it. Now I just had to get rid of Melissa so I could go through with the next part of my plan.
I'll give her the whole inspirational family story and wow her with everything I did for Melissa when we first started dating.
Melissa reaches for the volume button and turns my music down.
"Why the fuck did you turn my music down?" I yell, mad as hell.
"I can't think. Your Black music is too loud," Melissa says.
"Well, stop fucking thinking," I reply.
She rolls her eyes and goes back to typing on her phone. I crank the volume all the way up again, rapping along to the lyrics.
When I pull into Melissa's driveway, she starts spraying an unnecessary amount of cheap-smelling perfume.
"Damn, do you need that much perfume?" I ask.
"Yeah, I don't want my parents to smell the weed on me," Melissa says.
I roll my eyes, give her a quick goodbye kiss, and wait to make sure she gets inside safely.
As soon as she's in, I pull off, heading toward Nova's house. It was almost time to pick her up.
If everything goes as planned, I'll have her wrapped around my finger by the end of the week, and hopefully, I'll be in her pants by the next.
Nova's Perspective
A pounding headache greeted me when I woke up, a harsh reminder never to do drugs again. My eyes began to water as flashes of last night replayed in my mind.
I pushed the memories aside and grabbed my phone to check the time. It was almost one in the afternoon. Dang, I slept that long?
Unlocking my phone, I saw a text from Amir:
Amir: I'm so sorry about last night. I was drunk, and I wasn't thinking straight. Please let me make it up to you.
I didn't even know why I was giving this boy the time of day. His pretty privilege had already carried him a long way. But maybe he was actually being genuine.
