George woke, he quickly noticed how his back and practically his entire body ached. Upon blinking a few times to draw himself back into reality, his tired gaze soon realised he had fallen asleep on his desk, the letters still sprawled across the wooden surface, two untied silk strings were scattered over the letters.
George sighed gathering them into two piles and tying them back up, his bow wasn't as pretty as Dreams one, it was more of a rushed knot. He put them in the back of a cabinet, knowing he wouldn't look at them again, atleast for a while.
His stomach felt low, he wasn't sure if it was because he was hungry or due to feeling somewhat on edge, once again he wiped over his eyes. Looking over to the kitchen, he was struggling for money although he'd never admit it upfront. Most of his money from content creation went towards hospital bills and what not, so he was left pretty broke by the end of it. He couldn't work, his doctors advised it wasn't the best idea.
Some days (despite the cancer being gone) George would get really unwell, unable to move and just overall he let incredibly shitty, he wouldn't eat and would sleep for days on end (Which didn't help him at all and ended up with him in hospital more than once.)
After the cancer, he felt like his life was over, He was broke, he'd lost all his friends- his career. The closest he had to friends were his neighbours.
It was comforting, knowing he had Dream back. He was due to see him later in the day, He liked Dreams apartment it was fancy, right on the coast and overall gorgeous whereas george's was kinda gross, in the worst part of the city and there was a high crime rate, but it was all he could afford and that was barely. Within a few weeks, he'd be fucked.
He was glad to know what Dream had been up to in the time he was gone, even if it was t great, atleast he was living his life. It made him wonder what Sapnap was up to, he opened his phone and through his new account (It had a mere two followers that were both bots.) He searched for Sapnaps.
Sapnaps layout was much more professional now, he worked for Beast N' Co, A company set up by Mr Beast. It helped young people get into content creation as well supporting many charity's and hospitals. In honesty it was admirable, he scrolled through his posts, showing off a hand with an engagement ring on it, the caption being a simple smily face with "she said yes :D"
He never thought of Sapnap to be the first to settle in the trio, but it was nice to know that he seemed happy. He occasionally streamed every two weeks on a tuesday, George checked that date, it was a tuesday. Hm, he opened twitch, searching his twitch handle "Sapnap" He hummed seeing he was live. He tapped on, startling upon hearing his name.
"Anonymous, thank you for the fifty bomb, you asked..." His expression dropped a little, "what ever happened to the dream team? Sorry if it's sensitive, just wondering hope ur having a good day" Sapnap let out a somewhat nervous chuckle.
"I mean," he ruffled his hair, "to put it lightly and as honest as i can be whilst respecting their privacy, i'm not to sure." he but on his lower lip, glancing away from the camera. "I don't have any contact with either of them anymore, i'd ask you jot to harass them but neither of them are really active on anything anymore. I guess i was just a dumb teen who reacted to something badly yknow? Said some dumb shit to Dream, hurt him when he was upset. To George, i don't know what happened, but wherever he is, i hope he's okay." He smiled, looking away once again before quickly changing the subject.
