You take out your laptop and place it on your desk, preparing for the class today. Your glasses sit on the bridge of your nose as you put in your login credentials, Hange is setting up for today's evening class, making sure everything is in order.
"Settle down everyone." Hanji says while clapping their hands, glancing up at the projector and then back at their class full of their students. "Before we start this class, I have a few announcements to make.." murmurs of amusement spread through the hall.
"Firstly. We are going to Shiganshina Village for a few days. We will be studying a few things there. Plus, if you pay attention it could help your grade." They say. "We'll leave this coming Monday, so be ready." Hanji says.
Eren and Jean are from there, so they should know the place well.
"One more thing. Pick a partner before Monday. No more than three people!" They say. Sasha isn't coming since she's in a different Class. So you could pretty much choose anyone.
Your eyes scan the room, not knowing who to choose until you feel a tap on your shoulder. You turn, it's Nailea, smiling at you. "You wanna be partners?" She asks and you nod, giving her a small smile. "Sure."
Hanji claps their hands once more. "Any questions, Email me or Levi." They add. "Back to the main point.."
𝗦𝗶𝘅 𝙥𝙢— 𝗝𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗦 𝙥𝙤𝙫.
It was only a short amount of time before the class was over and everyone went their own way. Conversations of excitement filled the room as there would finally be a class trip, but the only thing playing on Jeans mind was you. He had the whole thing planned out of how you were going to speak.
He knew that walks, especially at this hour were your favourite so he planned to take you on a walk as the sun set, he couldn't think of anything more well suited than that. "Hey! Jean?" He hears someone call his name, disturbing his train of thoughts and he knew it wasn't you. He snaps his head around to see a red head, the girl he had been avoiding all this time.
Emerald.
"Yeah?" He replied. "Slow down, hold on." She giggles as she gets closer to him and his eyes squint in irritation. "I was just..wondering if you're doing something you know, after this?" She asks. He clears his throat. "Yeah, im busy.." he murmurs as he walks quicker, seeing you ahead.
Emeralds brows furrow in confusion as he walks away from her. Why did he just leave like that without letting her finish. It left a bad taste in her mouth.
