"So...What happened, exactly?" Knight Ash asked, carrying a bag of groceries to the Horses they left. The Jester pursed her lips and shrugged, holding a bag herself. The Apprentice Knight groaned, "I just don't see why I had to get 'Combat Training' in the middle of a village while trying to get groceries-" Ash interrupted the younger's whining with an "I'm pretty sure you heard the King say that Ms. Tanna's parents are coming over tomorrow." Ash said, side-eyeing the Fourth Knight, whose armor was dirty from all the falling she'd done.

"Yeah- But they won't make ME guard them, will they?" Envy asked, the question being rhetorical, but Ash answered anyway. "Well..." Envy could see the slight tick up of his mouth as he spoke, "I may have said a few good things to the King about you. Plus what happened in the Throne room. So it's possible that they may have you guard them with me. Just to see how you fair." Ash shrugged, attaching the bags onto Khai's stead's harness, dodging Khai's glare. Envy could die. She really could. What would she do if something DID happen in there? For the higher's sake, she's only been here for one day!

Noticing how distressed Envy seemed, Ash, ruffled her hair. "You'll be fine~" Envy flinched as Ash practically tipped her over as he pushed his hand off of her head. "Plus, I didn't say those things for no reason. I'm not trying to lose my job here." Ash called out, helping Jade onto her horse. Envy sighed and helped Tanna onto her horse, trying her best to ignore the Princess's unusual grim expression.

Jade perks up as the Head Knight sits in front of her. "Speaking of the Vianna Kingdom," Jade turns to Ms. Tanna, holding onto Ash's shoulders so she doesn't fall off the horse. "Tanna, I've never actually met your current mother. And I've barely spoken to your Father. What're they like?"

Tanna looks at Jade, then down at her lap, seemingly deep in thought. "Um.." Envy hops onto the horse, Tanna almost falling off. Envy catches her by the arm and pulls her up with a quick apology, scooting up to give her some room to move around. "Uh-" Re-assembling herself and holding onto Envy as the horse starts moving back to the castle, she mumbles, barely audible: "Not exactly the nicest people you could meet."

By time they all get to the castle, the stars and moon have already shown themselves in the night sky. Tanna is greeted politely by a Head Knight and is escorted to Princess Taylanie's room. The truth is, she had her own room. A very large one, in fact. But she enjoyed spending time with the youngest Keljamt child. They got along greatly this past month, and she truly sees her as something of a "Best Friend". Or at least that's how she'd describe it, only seeing and hearing those words in books she's read. The Head Knight knocks on the door, and a muffled "Come in." could be heard, giving Tanna the permission to walk in as the Head Knight stayed behind the door.

"Ms. Taylanie!" Tanna smiled, closing the door behind her. The Princess turned around. "Hey, glad you came back safe." She turns away from her painting, which seems to be of her windowsill, and puts her brush down. "How was your day out?" She asks, standing up just a moment to adjust her large dress, then sitting back down, crossing her legs. Tanna pauses. "How'd you know I was out?" She asks, curious. "Mother told me you went out on errand running with a few Knights. Also said something about Vianna King and Queen coming over tomorrow." She says, rolling her eyes at her last sentence. Tanna nods, but her mind is still banging at her skull with a question that may or may not be rude. "Uhm-" She stumbles, walking over to the gigantic mirror in the room to watch as she takes out her hair buns. "Which mother?"

The Princess's expression doesn't change as she turns back to her painting. "Queen Makai. She seems really fond of you." She noted, picking up her half-finished painting and setting it aside. "Oh! I see." Tanna trilled, slightly embarrassed. She puts the hair ties that once held her hair in buns and wraps them around her wrist, finger-combing through her long locks. "I quite liked it! Despite no holiday, your villages seem very lively and festive!" She smiled, sitting on Taylanie's bed, crossing her legs under her dress.
