Lesson 3 - No way back

There is almost no chance that society will ever go back to the way it was. People are used to the system, brainwashed by the fact that nothing can change the system. If you think about it, even if the system was changed back to how it was, nothing will be the same. It is called evolution, and we have evolved to live longer. Thousands of years are indeed for some too long but, once you don't have to work your entire life, people will fear death. Fear it is the end of your relaxed retiring years. Paradise is what everyone wants in their own way. And humans do weird shit to live in paradise. 

I could say that for all of these years nothing in the system went wrong, but I would be lying. A lot of shit went wrong. In the early years of the CRP, a group once kidnapped some engineers of the CRP that were injected with nanobots that could control their bodies. This way the group could pass all of the security tests without anyone or anything noticing that the engineers lost control of their own bodies. Once they were in the CRP servers they injected a computer virus that made CRP think that certain people needed to get the letter. Of course, all of these people were far away from earning their letters but once they hacked CRP, they all got their letters and were killed before anyone noticed what happened. The government was furious, how could this happen? The security and safety of the CRP were upgraded soon after. After that upgrade, nobody has ever hacked the CRP ever again. 

But some groups after this massive upgrade still found a way to get their demands. A cult once conquered an entire city to later kill everybody in it. Armed with enough guns and tech the cult invaded the city. They put everyone in a large room, there was no way out. A few days later and people started to go insane and eat each other to survive. Groups and alliances were formed and destroyed till the last human was dead. With this entire city gone, there was space for new babies. A select few highly influential women were chosen to give birth to these new humans that would take place in the system. Once someone was dead, a new spot opened for a human in the system. In a lottery under the influential woman, someone was chosen to give birth and fill up the spot. If you had a child that was illegally given birth to, it had to die. It didn't have a ticket in this world and needed to be killed no matter what.

We have come so far with healthcare but bringing people from the dead is still impossible. Once you get a letter, once your dead, there is no way back. The same is for our old society, there is no way back.
