Hermione read the Daily Prophet, as Harry and Ron sat twiddling their thumbs, Harry content to just sit there, while Ron was waiting for the Trolley Lady.

"Any~thing form the trolley? Any~thing from the trolley?" She passed their door and Ron sat up quickly, reaching into his pockets.

"Anything from the trolley, dears?" The kind old woman asked, as she looked into their compartment.

"Uh, a packet of Drueballs and a... liquorish wand." The woman immediately started pulling them from the trolley, as Ron stood up and counted his sickles.

"U-uh, on second thought, just the Drueballs." He said as he counted how many sickles he had.

"It's alright, I'll get it." Harry told him, standing up in the doorway beside him.

Ron looked down and went back into the compartment, having handed the woman the correct amount, "Just the Drueballs."

Harry frowned slightly at his friend, but reached out and began grabbing a few treats, getting a pack of five liquorish wands along with a chocolate frog and some jelly beans (normal ones).

He was about to pay, when someone else interrupted.

"Two pumpkin pasties please?" He looked back to see Cho Chang and some of her friends.

She looked at him with an expression that he didn't understand and he quickly morphed his intense look into an awkward smile. He was actually really annoyed that she had interrupted.

She said "thank you", taking the pasties and smiling at him, her friends giggling.

The woman then turned back to him. "Anything sweet for you, dear?" He handed her the money for Ron's liquorish and the chocolate frogs for later.

"Oh no, I'm not hungry, thank you." Before checking the hallway once more and then closing the compartment's door.

For the rest of the trip, he and Ron had to sit and listen as Hermione went on about how horrible the attack was. Getting Ron's 2 pence every so often, about what his father had said and what was going on in the ministry at the moment.

Hermione had also began going on about his scar hurting, when she noticed him rubbing his hand over it, one time.

"You know Sirius would want to hear about this, what you saw at the World Cup and the dream."

That had left him thoughtful, as he gaze out the window at the droplets of drizzle hitting the glass.

He decided to take her advice, soon after, writing a quick letter, before sending it off with Hedwig, to wherever Sirius currently was. To be fair, though, Harry suspected he was slumming it with Remus, considering what he'd leant about them both at the bank.

They had all just made it to the castle, most of them being in the courtyard, as were the golden trio, when they spotted a large ornate carriage, being flown and escorted by 7 giant white Pegasus.

They all ran around the hallways, finding the next windows and watched as Hagrid attempted to direct their landing, actually having to dive out of the way as the horses went just over him and the carriage very narrowly missed a collision with the half-giant.

"Now there's something you don't see every day," the twins laughed, as the students all echoed their excitement and watched on with rapt attention.

They then watched as a tiny boat, with an excessively long flag, sailed up to the school's dock. As it came nearer, it suddenly grew, towering high into the sky with its splendour. Water ran off every surface of the large ship and it splashed back down into the water, fully emerged, sending rippling waves out around it. The sails dropped down, revealing a larger than life emblem, before it continued towards the magnificent castle of a school.
