Right as you reach the treehouse, you let go of your conscious mind and slip into the mind of 6-year-old Y/N. In your last moments as yourself, you neglect to remember the fact that your childhood was... not the best. Edalyn and Lilith were all that really made it bearable. But your mind is set on those golden moments, so nothing else in your memories really matters. At least, not until you have to live it out once again.
Sorry this is short, I felt like this should be an ominous prologue to Y/N's backstory. I may end up deleting it and just adding it to the next chapter though.
