chapter 1: terrible night.Date - 1945
Month - June
Day - 4th
A cargo truck was on the road until a plane had crashed near. The driver of the truck noticed and drove towards the plane, he stopped and got out to check the damage.
Driver - "looks like it came from the city, the damage looks bad and it don't look like there is any survivors, i guess i should head back to base and let everyone know. We could check for supplies"
The driver then went back to his truck and left, but he didn't notice something fall out of the truck while he was leaving, a small blue glowing rock.
5 people came out from the plane crash, marines, they wondered why they had crashed and looked around to find out where they were in their surroundings.
The pilot, one of the 5, had an injured leg so he couldn't catch up at times. The area was full of smoke, either due to fog or the fire from the plane. They had crashed near what looked like to be a medium sized bunkrr. It looked like it was used by both the Japanese and German soldiers, but the last to use it was the Japanese. There was talk of this building being part of a battle ground at an airfield a year or two back, the marines there came in by boat and this building was somewhat a working place for the Japanese soldiers. After the marines took back the airfield, the building was moved to where, hopefully, it would be used in good hands. They were half right. The marines from the plane crash searched the building and saw planks on the windows, barriers. Maybe it was to hold off the American attack. The 5 marines fixed up the barriers with more stable wood and decided to make the old building a shelter, or home, for them to stay safe in until help arrives, there was a radio they used to call for help.
But the radio was dead
The pilot went to look for supplies, he never returned. In fact, he was still alive. But his injured leg made things more difficult, and shortly after, in the middle of nowhere, he fell to the ground, he tried to get up but his leg had gave out, no, both his legs gave out.
Screams could be heard, but they weren't human, the pilot was scared, he had been in fights in the war before, but never anything like this. As he looked around, his breathing started to get heavy, his injury was about to lead him to his doom and he knew it, but before he died he wanted a good look at who, no, what, was in the distance. And whatever it was, it ran at him, but it wasn't just one thing, it was a hoard of things. They were all dressed in uniform, but they didnt seem human, in fact, they were what was making the screams, but why?
The hoard grew bigger by the second until you could see them for miles.
And then one of the marines noticed the pilot, but unfortunately for them, he, the pilot, was dead.
The remaining 4 marines, Rook, Miller, 'Banana' and 'Tank', saw the hoard and got ready for the fight of their lives
