A few weeks later (Natsu's POV)

It was early in the morning and we all were having breakfast except for Kyo.

"Ah! Natsu-chan's miso soup is the best!" Shigure sighed while eating. "Thanks to you two sisters, now we get to eat delicious food every day!"

"You're welcome." Tohru and I said in unison.

Just then, Kyo came downstairs and went over to the kitchen. He was dressed up, ready to go to school.

"Hey Kyo, your food is getting cold." I called out.

"Hurry up and eat, or we'll leave you behind." Yuki stated.

Kyo didn't reply. Instead, he brought out a carton of milk from the refrigerator and started to walk away.

"Umm... don't you want breakfast?" Tohru asked.

"No." Kyo replied curtly.

"But..."

"You can forget about him." Yuki said to Tohru.

"Well somebody woke up on the wrong side of bed." I muttered as I watched Kyo walk away.

Did something happen?

He was in okay mode till last night...

Today was the 13th of February. And tomorrow was the 14th of February, which means Valentine's Day. But as tomorrow was also Saturday, a weekend, so people in our school were giving and receiving chocolates today.

Saki and Arisa were checking Yuki's locker for chocolates which he received tons from his fangirls. I shook my head and chuckled as Tohru, Yuki, and I stood on the side watching the girls go through Yuki's locker. Arisa was a bit bummed out seeing only one small bag of chocolate. They figured Yuki would have had a lot more since he is the 'Prince' and all. Saki figured out what happened to the rest of the chocolates and called the girls cuckoo chicks. The girls who placed their chocolates in Yuki's locker would remove the others, hoping theirs would receive all the attention. It does make sense since they're a little cuckoo. The proof was in the garbage bin near Yuki's locker as the bin was practically overflowing with unopened treats. Saki quickly swooped in to take the treats from the top.

"But wait, aren't those Yuki's?" Tohru asked, who was a little stunned at the cuckoo analogy.

"It's okay." Yuki said.

"Let's go." I chuckled.

The five of us started to walk down the hallway. As we made our way to our classroom, we saw Kyo walking towards us.

"Yo." Arisa greeted.

"Hi." Kyo replied.

Kyo walked up to Yuki and the two were having a staredown. Suddenly, Kyo threw a punch at Yuki but the fist didn't come to contact with Yuki's face. Instead, it stopped a few centimeters away from his face. But Yuki remained totally unfazed and stared at Kyo with an irritated look on his face.

What the...?

With that, Kyo then walked away. Saki explained that Kyo's 'waves' were innocent but his mind was now chaotic.

So something is going on in his mind... But what?

It was now a free period, so I went to class 1-C to spend some time with Tohru and the others. Yuki's fangirls were emitting a menacing aura as they were in a competition of who would give chocolates to Yuki which made me sweat-drop at the sight. Tohru mentioned to Arisa and Saki that we'd be making chocolates for the Sohmas that included Yuki, Kyo, Shigure, Hatori, Momiji, and Haru.
