Jack the Slayer

When we reached Joe's Pizza and see - Monsters everywhere! "Whoa!" Jack gives Thrull his hockey stick thing. Thrull says, "Come and have no concerns. I promise you will not encounter no Wormungulus in here."

"Hey Wormongulus. That's a great name! Right sis?" He asks me. "Hmm." I just say and walk in with Quint,. But I heard Jack sigh, before walking on. Thrull opened the door for us.

*Kalani's POV*

We walked inside and June says, "Can you believe this?" "I know. We're finally here!" Jack says and then he starts freaking out. "This is where all the cool kids hung out!" Jack says. "I meant the monsters." Says June. "Hey, hey, hey, hey." A monster says. "Are we about to get killed or eaten here? We meaning 'me'." Quint asks.

"Whoa, whoa, hands off the human dork. Go find a monster dork to-- What the--?" Dirk asks. "You two! It is your turn!" A female monster says. "Phew!" Says the two boys. "Ha ha! Skaelka is victorious! You! Big pink flesh human." The red monster now known as Skaelka says. "Uhh, I guess that's me?" Dirk says.

"I challenge you! Choose. Round of 'Arm Battle Face Smash' or 'Who Decapitates Most Heads'?" Skaelka asks Dirk. "Uh, let me get back to you about that." Dirk replies. "My fellow monstrous beings. Behold! Humans!" Thrull says. "Dinner!" A monster yells. "Nope." June says. "Uh, not dinner, but instead of eating us which sounds fun, we could maybe be buddies? Hi." Jack says.

"They are led by their chief captain, Jack." Thurll says. "Well, I don't know if I'd call myself the chief captain. More like the one with most team spirit." Jack says. "Team being the operative word." Says June. "The human, Jack, has slain Kerzueal!" Thrull says. The monstters must be impressed about what they heard. "Yeah, we slayed Kerz - whatever. Here we just call him Blarg." Jack says.

"Ha! This human's far too small and unpopular to slay Kerzueal!" Says a blue monster. "Hey, big mouth! Listen, we-- Oh, sorry. No offense. Was just saying we totally did, though, uh, with this." Jack says and pulls out sword like weapon. "It indeed has the smell of Kerzueal." Says monster number 1. "Thrull speaks the truth!" Says green monster number 2. "Yes! Jack is a hero!" Thrull says.

"Yeah, I'm totally digging your impressed murmurs, but it wasn't just me. My friends and little sister helped too--" Jack got caught of as the monsters started chanting his name. Then Jack happily smiled. "Hey! Food for the hero! You're gonna dig this. It's my old lady's recipe. A feast fit for a slayer, his odd little flunkies and flunky sister." Says a green monster wearing an apron on.

"Flunkies?" Quint says. "Flunky sister..." I say muttered "Alright! Pizza's here!" Jack says happily. "Pizza!" June, Dirk and Quint say. "Yay..." I say. We sat down at a table and saw this odd looking food. "Um, is that Chicago style?" Quint asks.
"That's not any style." June says.

"Nah, not eating that." Dirk says. "I'll pass on this." I say. "I suggest less declining and more dining, 'cause I don't I don't see you slogging away over a stove, sweet cheeks." Says the same green monster.

"You wanna cook big dude? Then lets cook... real food!" Quint says. "Oh, this dimension is gonna be fun." The monster says. "Good! Ah! Victory makes Skaelka hungry." Skaelka says. Then the same big blue monster comes over to Jack to talk about a - battle song... I just walked outside to ignore his stupid song and for some space. Not like they'd notice anyway...

I heard cheering and laughing inside... they're having fun in there... without me around. "Hi there, human." I hear and when I looked at who it was, it was Skaelka. "It's Kalani... hi." I replied. "Are you okay? You seem sad." She says to me. "Yeah. I feel fine even though my brother and our friends leave me out on stuff like a plan, they lie to me and I think I'm not apart of their group. besides all of the monsters seem so interested in my older brother Jack, that I got left out." I say.

"Don't worry Kalani. With Skaelka as your friend, you will always be included!" Skaelka says to me. "Okay, thanks Skaelka. Now,  lets go inside." I say to her and she nods, before opening the door and letting me go in first, before following me inside. When we got inside, June was interviewing a monster that just kept sobbing.

I sat down at a table with Skaelka and we had a great talk, until June came over to interview her. I left to go sit at a table in the corner... alone. I laid my head on the table and covered my ears, as Jack and his vast and mammoth sized ego were bragging about the fight against Blarg and his defeat being all him - even though it wasn't.

'Jack is a GREAT older brother. I'm so proud of him... Not!' Then I ran into the kitchen, as I heard some banging and I saw that a monster had gotten into the kitchen. "Guys! Problem! Kitchen! Now!" Dirk yells at Quint and June. "Dirk, I'll go get Jack." I tell him and he nods. Then Quint goes flying out of the kitchen in a fridge. "Quint?" He asked.

"Jack, can you and your overly large ego get into that kitchen and help us out? Now!!!" I yelled at him and then ran back into the kitchen. Then Jack casually walked in. "Don't worry folks! Your hero has arr - ahh!" He yells. "Well, if it isn't jukebox Jack. Glad you could drop in." June says to him.

"I was really thinking this wasn't important enough for you, Jack." I tell him, still being held upside down by the monster. "Ok, first f all the songs were numbered wrong, and B, I didn't know there was aa giant monster kicking your butts!" He says. "I went and told you." I said.

"Yaah!" Dirk says. "You didn't know, because you were too busy sacrificing your friends to be popular! You called us sidekicks!" Quint says. "What?! I'd never do that! Holy fudge wiggle sticks, I totally did." Jack says. "Yeah, you did! Now get me down, Jack!" I yelled at him. "Okay, okay sis." He says and runs to try and get me down, before we start fighting the monster.

Soon enough, the monster was defeated and the monsters were clapping. "To Jack and his family!" Skaelka yells. Then later on, when we left and were outside and after we had said goodbye to Bruce the zombie.

Then Jack asks me, "Sis, can I have a hug?" "I'm not apart of this team, Jack. You guys never even let me help, you guys lie to me and left me out of plans! Then when we at Joe's Pizza, you guys totally ditched me. Let's just go back to the treehouse." I say and get in the car,

They looked at each other sadly, before getting in as well. "While Jack was talking - we heard a monster screeching. "What was that?" "Where did it come from?"
