Your POV

There was now only a two weeks before nationals. Tetsurou and I were practicing out in the yard. When we were little kids this is how we would play which explains our positions in volleyball now. Kenma and I would always set for him and he would spike it over our net.

Though a lot of the time either mom or dad would call me back in to clean and say stuff like 'That kind of stuff is for boys' and 'That's not ladylike'. But that didn't stop me from playing with them of course.

Since I was always pulled away from them I always had to work harder to keep up. Often times I would sneak out in the middle of the night just to practice. But even now it seems li-

*SNAP*

I missed the ball, "Did you hear that?"

"Huh?" Tetsurou looked confused.

"I heard a noise." I looked around to try and locate where it came from.

"Y/N, I think you're going crazy. I mean, it's nothing new."

I picked up the ball and threw it at him. "How rude!"

He started laughing and so did I. A few minutes later I spotted Kou and Hikari talking while walking over to our house. I ran and jumped on Koutarou like I always do and gave him a kiss. I saw Hikari almost do the same to Tetsurou.

I climbed down, "What were you two talking about?"

Hikari turned to me. "We were just talking about how lucky we are to be dating the Kuroo twins and how if I wasn't straight I'd totally be in love with you." She started laughing.

"Who says you still don't have a chance?" I winked at her and laughed.

She detached herself from my brother and walked over.

"Y-Y/N-chan" She said in a really high pitched voice. "I r-really like you! Please accept my feelings!" She then bowed and couldn't stop herself from giggling the whole time. I decided to play along.

"B-But we're both girls Hikari-chan." I acted bashful. "I don't know.."

She sprang up. "Even- Even so! These feelings I have for you are real!" This is straight out of an anime. "I don't wanna be with anyone- anyone else! I love you Y/N-chan!" She started laughing towards the end.

I paused for a moment, mainly to stop myself from laughing. "I love you too Hikari-chan! I want you to stay b-by my s-s- I'm sorry I can't!" I doubled over in laughter as well as the others.

Tetsurou had to lean on Kou just to stay upright.

"Well-" Tetsu said, "-I wasn't expecting to be dumped for my sister today."

"Sorry Bo." Hikari wrapped her arms around me. "She's mine now." She stuck her tongue out at him.

"Then you leave me no other choice. Tetsurou, I'm in love with you." He turned to him and almost busted out laughing again.

He gasped dramatically. "Bokkun, I feel the same way."

Hikari and I died laughing.

When I had calmed down a bit I saw a figure in my peripheral vision. My breath hitched in my throat and I spun my head around but saw nothing. What the hell.

"Y/N!" I turned to see Kou standing in front of me. "We said we're gonna go eat. You okay?" He looked concerned.

"Yeah. I'm fine."
