Chapter 8

"Scout Guren. We need to know his every move."

"How boring." Rindou let out a sigh.

"Shut up. Mikey ordered us to follow him." Sanzu replied, focused on Guren.

"Is it really crucial to know his plans? This is so so boring. I want to go out and break some bones out there."

The duo is currently tailing Guren everywhere he goes. Careful to not be noticed by the male, they keep on changing cars everytime Guren moves out to somewhere.

"This is the most crucial part. We need to know what he is planning regarding the dispute." Sanzu calmly said.

It is true that there is an ongoing war between the two gangs. However, Sanzu's main concern is you. He is determined on protecting you. He will not be able to forgive himself if anything will happen to you because of him.

"Say, the main reason you are doing this is because of her, aight?" Rindou teasingly smirked at him.

"Yes, so?"

"Why don't you just kidnap her and bring her somewhere far from here." Rindou suggested.

"Will not do. Mikey will still find her."

"Good point." Rindou paused for a while, "I just want you to know that whatever will happen, I'll help you out."

Sanzu was taken aback by his friend's words. It is the first time that the Haitani supported whatever he is doing.

"Don't look at me like that. I just noticed that when you met her, your habit of sleeping with different girls came to halt. So I think you must really like her." Rindou explained.

"Well, there's no other girls that can take her place. She's someone special."

Rindou hummed in agreement.

They've been following the leader of the Clover for the whole day but nothing suspicious happened. His schedule was just filled with random things that a normal person would do. No one came to meet with him or such.

"He's such a boring guy." Rindou sighed, "I guess it's time for plan B."

They both devised a fall back plan when they fail they get information by following Guren. It is to get one of his henchmen and let them do the talking.

"Now let's get it started." Sanzu chimed.

They both managed to get one of Guren's man by following him in a club and threatened him. They are now inside a dark building where they usually bring their victims.

"Speak." Sanzu said pointing a gun to the man's head.

"I will never go against Guren." Determined, the man did not falter in his words.

"Oh really?" Rindou smirked, showing a picture of a little girl and her mom to the man. "I guess it won't hurt of we will pay a visit to your wife and child."

Rindou's words are enough to make the man widen his eyes and shake out of fear, not for his life but for his beloved wife and child.

"So now be a good dog and tell us Guren's plans."

"I don't have all the time, I have places to be." Sanzu boredly said and shoot the man's leg.

"Now, now. You're too hot headed." Rindou laughed at Sanzu, boredom is completely painted in his face.

Rindou dialled a number on his phone, it was his brother Ran. He purposely put it on speaker mode to let the man hear their conversation.

"Brother, are you already there?"
