Chapter 11

After receiving your message, Sanzu dashed out of the office and drove as fast as he could to the cafe.

The rose haired man cannot stop cursing while increasing the speed of his Audi R8, filling the streets with his smooth engine sound. He needs to get there as soon as possible. He might not be able to forgive himself if something happens to you because of Bonten.

As soon as he got inside the cafe, he looked for you. Panting and sweating from all the anxiety he had felt.

"Y/N, are you alright?" He asked whilst scanning you for any visible injuries.

You were puzzled as to why Sanzu is acting like this. You just told him that there is a certain man in the cafe that made you feel uncomfortable yet he acts like this.

"Don't worry, Haru. I'm completely fine. He just made me feel a little uncomfortable. He kept on staring at me, that's all." You muttered while combing his pink locks.

Sanzu hugged you and and whispered, "Good. I'm glad that you're fine. I'll never let anything bad happen to you."

You just nodded in agreement and hugged him back.

After a while, you broke the hug between the two of you and asked him if he wants to something to eat.

"Let's eat in your apartment instead." Sanzu said.

As you were cleaning the coffee machines and placing the cups in their rightful places, your co-worker bid their good bye.

"Hey Y/N I'll go ahead, you have Mr. Lover boy over here to protect you." Mayu teased.

"Mayu! I told you not to call him that strange name you gave him!" You whined.

"Why? It suits him. He's absolutely head over heels for you." Mayu laughed before completely leaving the both of you alone. Sanzu chuckled at the conversation you had with Mayu.

As you were finishing tidying up the place, you heard Sanzu mumbled something.

"What is it, Haru?"

While you are busy with cleaning up, Sanzu noticed something outside the cafe. At first he thought that he was just seeing things, but later on, he confirmed that there's someone outside the cafe, looking at you from a distance.

"Nothing. Are you done yet? I want to go home already."

"Just a few more minutes." You replied while tucking away the cans of coffee beans you will use for tomorrow.

Sanzu fished his phone from his pocket and texted the Haitani brothers about the situation. He had asked them to go to your apartment and check it.

"We'll check it, for the meantime bring her somewhere else." It was a text message from Ran.

"Haru, let's go! Do you want to eat something? Let's drop by the convenience store first." You told him and grabbed his arm.

Sanzu smiled at your action, he always find it cute when you grab his arm.

"Actually, let's go to my apartment instead. I just realized you have never went there." Sanzu said while tucking a loose strand of your hair behind your ear.

"Why so sudden?"

"Don't you want to know where I live?"

"I do want to know, I'm pretty curious actually. I'm sure you have a nice apartment compared to my apartment." You pouted.

"But I do like your apartment, it feels like home to me." Sanzu said while chuckling, "But for tonight let's go to my apartment, yeah?"

You just nodded at him, not wanting to argue about which apartment the both of you will go to.
