Two weeks later
It was suppose to be Sasha's 15th birthday, Bucky was leaving a party some of his team mates had thrown. He was high and drunk leaving after he slept with two girls at the party.
He was driving home when a deer ran across the road. Bucky hit a wet spot from the rain earlier and hydroplaned. He lost control of his truck and ran off the road flipped it before wrapping it around a tree.
Bucky was in and out of unconscious when he heard.
"Stay awake B..she needs you."
"D-Dylan?" He whispered
"What the hell are you doing to yourself?"
Bucky looked up to see Dylan and Sasha standing over him. "Hey baby happy birthday you look good." He said with a smile.
"Buck..stay awake." She said
"You need to stay awake..she needs you." Dylan said
"Who needs me? Sasha needs me more.." he whispered
"Addie Kate needs you.." Dylan said
"She needs you D..Dylan.." Bucky whispered
The EMTs arrived and found Bucky laying on the ground. A person that was behind him saw the whole car accident and called it in. Winnie and James were both paged when he was brought in cause they were both working.
Karson was the neurosurgeon paged to assess him. He found James and Winnie in the waiting room.
"He has a slight concussion, bruised ribs and whiplash. He's going to be sore but he'll recovery. But what concerns me is this." Karson said as he handed them his tox report.
"A high dose of pain pills and a illegal alcohol limit. No wonder the EMTs found him talking to himself like Dylan and Sasha were there." James said
"Yeah..he was hallucinating badly." Karson said
"He's in room 203" a nurse said
"Thank you Aspen' Karson said as he looked at James and Winnie.
James and Winnie went to their son's room.
