After Meditating with Master Splinter for a few hours the four turtles began to prepare for their meeting with Oroku Homura later that evening.  Leo had contacted the Mutanimals and Bishop.  He was under no misconception that Homura wouldn't have his own team there with him.  And he did not intend to be the neive good guy he once was.  No.  He has learnt over the years that no matter how sincere the enemy seems, and in this case how well spoken and well dressed they are,  they are still the enemy and out to destroy his family.  He will not allow that to happen.  Leo wanted back up there incase things did go sour, and he knows there is a very good chance they will.  He knows this is a trap for them.  He is sure this is all in search of revenge for the Turtles victory over the Shredder.  He will honour the arrangement, but he will have his own team there in the shadows, only to intervene if they must.  He cannot and will not take any chances.

Throughout the course of the day their allies arrive.  The first being April and Casey.  Closely followed by Bishop and Danny.  Which Leo didn't understand.  Danny is in no way a fighter.  But Leo was thankful he wanted to help nevertheless.  However he was looking forward to him meeting Slash and the others.  Remembering what Danny was like when he first met him and his brothers.  'It should be quite funny.'  He thought to himself.  He couldn't help but chuckle at the thought.

He didn't have to wait too long.  The Mutanimals arrived and Danny as Leo predicted almost pooped himself.  When Slash walked in Danny's face turned almost as green as his and he quickly moved to the furthest end of the lair.   Gods I wish I could have filmed that!  After he had his little laugh at Danny's expense, he pulled everyone into a meeting and began to explain to everyone the full extent of the situation.  'Ya mean this new fella is Shredder's son!?'  Slash exclaimed.  'Fraid so.'  Leo confirmed.  'This is very bad news.'  Leather Head said.  'Poor (y/n).'  'Don't worry Leather Head, we're gonna get her back.'  Mikey said confidently patting the huge croc on his muzzle.  'What do you think his end game is Leonardo?'  Slash enquired.  'I am afraid he's inherited his father's lust for revenge, and has kidnapped (y/n) as assurance that we meet with him this evening.'  Leo explained.  'I see.  And what is it we are ta do?'  Leo looked at Slash with a serious expression.  'I intend to honour the agreed meet with Homura.  However, I don't trust him Slash,  He's Shredders son after all.  It's an ambush.  I need you guys to hang back, and if things begin to go bad, I trust you to have our shells.'  Slash gave Leo a smile.  'You know I do....... Brotha.'  The two looked at each other.  A bond that Leo never thought possible had grown between them.  Not after Slash tried to destroy his brothers and him.  'Thanks Slash.'  Is all Leo said as they began to plan.  They had some strategies to work out.

Meanwhile six thousand seven hundred and forty miles away in a damp dungeon in the depths of the Oruku mansion in Kyoto, one of the richest cities in Japan.  Karai sat chained to the floor by her ankle.  Huddled in a corner she sat with her head resting on her knees.  She has lost count of  the days.  Unsure of how long she had been imprisoned there.  She was roused by the sound of her jailer making his way down the corridor.  She sits up, to make is seems as though she has been meditating.  She will not let these bastards see her so dishevelled.  She heard the footsteps stop right outside her cell.  'Meditation will do you no good here traitor.'  Said the voice she knew all too well.  A voice that has been with her since infancy, a voice that was once warm and welcoming to her ears.  Now it made her feel sick.  She opened her eyes and looked up at the owner of said voice.  And she greeted him with a hatful glare.  'Maybe not.'  She replied.  'But it helps me feel closer to my family!'  She spat!  The man in standing in front of her who she had always known as Oji (Uncle) looked down upon her with discontent.  While she was growing up he had always been there, to guide and mentor her when Oruku Saki was unable to.  Which was more often then not.  Oji would read to her, telling her stories of old and new, help her with her teachings, and training.  He was loyal to the Shredder, and all he did.  She loved him dearly as a child.  But now as an adult, and unblinded by the truth of her origins, she loathed him, as much as she did the Shredder.
