"CAN I KISS YOU?" RAFE BLURTED OUT, WITHOUT EVEN THINKING OF THE WORDS THAT HAD JUST LEFT HIS MOUTH. Amber's jaw dropped, not knowing what to say. She knew she was definitely somewhat sober, but was unsure about Rafe's state of mind. "Fuck, I'm sorry." He shook his head, reaching for the bathroom door. Before he could unlock it, Amber had her hands wrapped around his neck and was pulling him in. Their lips molded together like they were meant for the other and both teens couldn't help but smile into the kiss. Neither were ever bold enough to make a move, scared of how the other might react. Of course they kissed the last time they were intoxicated, but it was different this time. It felt more real; probably because both were finally becoming more in tune with their feelings; more specifically Amber, Rafe was always sure of how he felt towards her. So they stayed like that for a few minutes, making out. Rafe's hand gripping Amber's hips, occasionally moving to her ass, whilst her hands were tugging at the ends of his hair. Except it wasn't rough or rushed like the last time they did. It was slow and passionate, both had been waiting to feel the others lips against their own since that one drunken night.

"Even better than the first time." Amber whispered once they had finally pulled away, but froze as soon as the sentence left her lips. As far as she knew, Rafe was unaware of their first because they had both supposedly forgot it ever happened. "What?" Rafe asked, almost in shock.

"Nothing. It's nothing Rafe." Amber answered almost too quickly, leaning her head back against the bathroom door behind her. Her voice was just above a whisper and she mentally face palmed as her face grew red with nerves. She was never one to get nervous around a boy, but Rafe brought out every emotion she had ever suppressed.

The older of the two shook his head, a grin from ear to ear apparent on his face, "You remember that night?" He asked, his hands never leaving her hips, "You-you do?" Amber stuttered, raising a brow, a glint of hope in her eyes. "Trust me, I'll never forget it."

"So, what does this mean?" Rafe asked after the two had shared a moment of silence. Amber genuinely did want to try with him, "I don't 'wanna be just another name added to the list of girls you've gotten with." Amber stated and Rafe couldn't help his frown. Is that really how she thought he felt about her? Did she genuinely think she was just another girl for him to have his fun with and then kick to the curb like she means nothing to him?  He took a deep breathe before speaking, "Amber you would be the complete opposite. Any guy in the world would be so lucky to even get a chance with you and the fact that you're willing to give me one? I mean who wouldn't give me a chance?" He cockily smirked and Amber smack his chest lightly before he continued speaking, "I would never risk losing you, you 'gotta believe that."

"Good." She smiled up at him, giving him a peck on the lips. "How about I take you out tomorrow?" He asked to which she quickly shook her head; She was to hangout with Topper and as much as she didn't want too, she needed to speak with her parents eventually.
