"AND YOU MUST BE AMBER, TOPPER'S BEST FRIEND?" The boy named Theo, asked Amber. He had just finished introducing himself to Sarah, Rafe and Kelce. "In the flesh." She smiled, putting her hand out for him to shake but he brought her in for a hug instead. Kelce stared at the two with a raised brow whilst Amber had an uncomfortable look on her face. Sure, he was a good looking guy but he definitely did not give off good vibes and she could tell just from the get go.

"You 'wanna dance, beautiful?" Theo asked Amber to which she immediately shook her head, "I'm not drunk enough for that. Don't think I ever will be, but nice try." She gave an all too innocent smile at the boy before walking towards Kelce's kitchen where she knew there would be some sort of alcoholic beverage.

Rafe shook his head at the boy, "Don't even start to get any ideas, Theo." Topper told him in a very serious tone before grabbing his girlfriends hand and dragging her away from his cousin. "Unless you want Rafe over here to beat you half to death, don't lay a finger on her." Kelce told the older boy whilst Rafe looked at Theo, an evil grin plastered across his face.

"Have fun at the party, just not with A."

Once the small group had left Theo alone he couldn't help but laugh slightly at the words of the boys. Thinking they were bluffing, he made his way towards the kitchen to where Amber stood surrounded by fellow kooks.

"Your boys are a little too overprotective over you, don't 'ya think?" The dark haired boy asked the blonde girl. Although she was the second oldest out of the four of them, Rafe obviously being the first, they all still treated her as if she was the youngest; excluding Sarah.

"Personally, I don't think you pass my 'vibe check'," she chuckled at the stupidity of her choice of words, drink in hand "They most likely don't either. Have fun at the party." And with that she turned, attempting to get away from the boy.

"C'mon just give me a chance. I am your best friends cousin after all, how bad can I be?" He gave her a smile, flashing his pearly white teeth. He had never been turned down by a girl and this was a first for him which he couldn't help but think made him want her more.

Amber cocked her head to the side, eyeing the boy. She had to admit, he was definitely attractive and he was right. Her best friends cousin, he couldn't be too bad. Could he?

"Maybe after a few shots. 'Til then." She smiled before turning on her heel, succeeding in walking away from him this time round.

After a few more drinks, Amber aimlessly walked through Kelce's house. Once she stumbled into the living room she saw the top of Rafe's head along with Kelce's who she presumed were most likely doing coke.

Of course they were, she thought once she was closer to the table they were sat in front of. Rolling her eyes, she seated herself inbetween Rafe and a brunette girl.
